Tuyệt!
Pros:

Phòng sạch, đẹp, đồ ăn ngon

Cons:

Chúng tôi đến vào dịp quá đông khách nên đợi để check in hơi lâu. Bù lại chúng tôi có thời gian đi thăm khu vườn trong khuôn viên, khu vườn khá đẹp, nhiều cây xanh, bể bơi đẹp.

Pros:

Ngoài địa điểm gần sân bay và rộng thì ko còn ưu điểm gì khác

Cons:

- Đây là căn hộ condotel thuộc Ksan The Empyrean nên sẽ phải đóng thêm
Phí cho Kids club, thêm chăn…. Chất lượng căn hộ kém , máy sấy tóc sắp hỏng, điều hòa bụi bám ko mát, nóng lạnh bị nhảy rơ le, căn hộ..phòng nắng nóng.
- Dịch vụ chung: chất lượng dịch vụ của KSan này tệ, nhân viên ko có tư duy services, buffet sáng ăn rất chán, m chỉ ăn dc trứng khoai lang và bún phở, bánh ngọt rời rạc khô. Thu thêm 250k/ suất thì quá tệ.
Ko có hoạt động cho trẻ em, kid club thì hôm đóng hôm bảo trì.
Rất nhiều điều khó chịu khi ở đây. Never come back!
Chán nhất là nhân viên lễ tân và các nhân viên khác.
Chỉ phù hợp cho người độc thân thôi. Gia đình ko nên ở nơi này

Pleasant enough
Pros:

As it was the 50 year anniversary we struggled getting accommodation around the area within a $$. Had to stay at a resort which is not my kind of deal but under the circumstances it was pleasant enough. Quite expensive within the resort, the town centre of a decent cab ride away. We walked the beaches and they are really filthy, such a pity because they are beautiful, rubbish means nothing here. The resort clean up their small area but dump it next door in a pile, I guess that’s what we pay for the modern era moving in. The view from the room is very good perfect little balcony with a small clothes line. The layout of the resort is quite remarkable considering the size of the place and the rooms very cleverly done.

Cons:

Very busy with check in had to wait around an hour so many rocking up at the same time. Sad to see how much COVID has affected the town, clearly lacking staff, buildings of a huge magnitude partly finished never to return. Concrete cancer has certainly set in sad to see and such a waste, rubbish beyond rubbish it will become an issue down the line

The owner of the 1010 room is so friendly. Her English is good. You can contact easily with her.
Pros:

The hotel is clean. The facilities is good. The location is very near the CamRanh airport so it is so convenience for the tourists. The owner of the 1010 room is so friendly and she is good at English so you can easy contact with her.

Cons:

The Bai Dai Beach in front of the Arena Hotel is not clean. The Arena Hotel should care about the The Bai Dai beach. Also, the Arena Hotel should have a ping pong room. The gym is good but it is small.

Disappointing
Pros:

Close to the beach !
Nice view !

Cons:

Staffs aren’t friendly, not professional!
I think They need to training more about how to Take care customer!
When I came for check-in Receptionist didn’t say hi or anything until I asked them I want to check in.
I think They need to more professional if they want clients come back !
But the views nice and price okay !!!
