I liked the suite I stayed in, enjoyed the fact that I had a mini lounge in which to attend to guests who popped by to see me during my short stay in the town.
The fact that you cannot use the hotel’s microwave to heat up any food bought outside the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant menu was very limited and overpriced, yet bringing more affordable food from outside was actively discouraged
Not all the TVs were smart TVs which meant, no streaming service

The rooms was smelling poor drainages. We had to change our room in the middle of the night to a lower room, not the value we had paid for.
Location close to airport
There was a rat in my room!. They had to shift me to another room. Facilities generally unmaintained and poorly cleaned especially under beds etc. Good facility but greater management attention to facilities maintenance and customer care needed! Also no lift so luggage up 4 floors, but some staff helped.
