L'emplacement, le confort de la chambre, l'amabilité du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner très copieux (petit bémol il manquait du thé mais c'est vraiment un détail). Le fait d'une buanderie à disposition.
Étant très sensible à la luminosité, l'écran du système de contrôle des lumières qui reste allumé au niveau de la tête du lit..

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Busan. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall, the hotel offered good value and met our expectations
Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend the hotel to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in Busan.
The only aspect I personally did not like was the carpet in the room. I generally prefer rooms without carpets, as they make me feel that the room is not as fresh and clean, and I am sensitive to the smell they can sometimes have. However, this is purely a personal preference and may not be an issue for other guests.

My room and view were great
The lifts were full at breakfast time leading to a bit of a wait
Clean, spacious, comfortable, great location, fast internet which I needed to do some work online. We were happy with our stay
The elevator was often crowded and we couldnt get in, so you end up waiting longer.
- great location: beautifull view for harbour, close to public transport and Busan train station
- delicious breakfast with multiple options
- gym (small but there is)
- terrible elevator system, you lost 15min to wait for elevator and i'm pretty sure that will be crowded and you have to wait for another and another and another
