Pros:

Hotel 4 stelle ampiamente meritate. Staff e titolari assolutamente gentili e pronti ad esaudire ogni richiesta. Struttura ben organizzata con ogni confort. Piscina esterna con idromassaggio ombrelloni e letti prendi sole disposti in un giardino molto ben curato e con vista fantastica. Piscina interna riscaldata con idromassaggio. Area wellness Top. Bio sauna- Sauna - bagno turco area relax potrone riscaldate, docce emozionali, tisane e tanto altro. Presenza di palestra ben attrezzata e finestrata per godersi l'ottimo panorama. Camere familiari, grandi ben curate con balcone dalle dimensioni gnerose e vista fantastica sul castello, la vallata e Merano. Bouffe delle torte a metà pomeriggio. Colazione alla mattina varia ed assolutamente con ottime materie prime. Eccezzionale l'angolo delle uova fatte al momento e secondo il desiderio del cliente. Rimanenti pasti molto buoni, sfiziosi e ricercati, con un abbondante bouffe delle insalate e dei formaggi a self service. Hotel assolutamente adatto alle famiglie con bambini/ragazzi. In poche parole un soggiorno che si trasforma in una vera coccola. Consigliatissimo.

Einfach toll die Lage, das ganze Ambiente.
Pros:

Ein sehr komfortables 4Sterne Haus, tolle Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Personal ganz hervorragend, freundlich und alles im Blick aber immer zurückhaltend und aufmerksam.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit herrlichem Hotelblick
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf Schloss und Kirche in Schenna, alles in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick als Upgrade erhalten (2 WC, großes Bad, Klimaanlage, Minibar vorhanden und befüllt, es hat nur eine Nespresso Maschine gefehlt dann wäre es perfekt)
Sehr schöne Wellnessanlage mit Saunen (MO und FR jeweils mit 2 Saunaaufgüssen), Innen- und Außenpool (nur mit Badekleidung), genügend Liegen mit eigenem Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Zur Abkühlung nach der Sauna gibt es Duschen und einen Eisbrunnen, jedoch kein kaltes Tauchbecken. Ein kleiner Fitnessraum steht auch zur Verfügung.
Massagen werden angeboten, haben wir aber nicht genutzt.
Frühstück gibt es bis 10.30 und kann auch auf der Terrasse mit toller Aussicht genossen werden. Auswahl ist gut, sehr guter Kaffee wird serviert, frische Speisen werden auf Wunsch zubereitet.
Abendessen im Rahmen der HP sehr gut, Salate und Käse als Buffett, die restlichen 3 Gänge können jeweils beim Frühstück für den Abend ausgesucht werden.

Traumurlaub fernab der Hektik und Masse

Die Lage ist sehr schön, das Essen ausgezeichnet.
Das Personal äusserst zuvorkommend, nett, hilfsbereit.
Toller Familienbetrieb.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts was nicht gefallen hat.
Höchstens als Verbesserungsvorschlag vielleicht eine Schale mit Äpfel bei der Rezeption und beim Apero ganz wenig Salziges dazu...aber ansonsten alles top

Pros:

Der ganze Aufenthalt war wunderbar, die Hotelierfamilie ist sehr zuvorkommend man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen sehr fein, Saisonal und abwechslungsreich. Ausblick ist Traumhaft.
