Pros:

The heater worked. Provided the basics. Washing machine was great. As was TV. The lift is quick. Kettle, microwave and fridge is good and clean.

Cons:

Water heating takes a while. Bidet was hit and miss - seat warmer worked intermittently. Sofa bed is a mattress on a sofa/futon base - very uncomfortable to sleep on. Once the futon mattress is out, you cannot move. A-frame for the laundry was hanging on for dear life. Wifi is unstable. The lift can only fit 2pax + 1 suitcase each if you're lucky.

Pros:

女性用ドミトリーはシャワー室3つ、トイレの数も十分ある。近くにスーパーもあり、便利。

Cons:

マットレスが薄くて、連泊すると身体が痛い。暖房の効きが悪く寒い。キッチンは外階段からアクセスする必要があり、不便。ケータイで話そうとすると、外のスペースしかないようで、冬は寒くて不便。

Clean but yikes
Pros:

The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the place was easy to find. The A/C was very cold and the room was comfortable within minutes of stepping in and turning it on.

Cons:

The room description said bed and pull out sofa, when we got there it was a normal sofa and a floor mat instead. That would be fine except we were traveling with a toddler and young baby so we don't appreciate surprises when we have specifically booked rooms to fit our current dynamic. The room was unlocked and left for us to go into with both keys left on our table which I just found dangerous, anyone could snag a key for later or be in there waiting to rob tourists or whoever else stays there. Especially with the immigrants that have made Tokyo feel less safe for us this visit.

By 2AM our stay was horrible, someone kept crashing metal together extremely loudly, we were on the 6th floor and it still sounded like it was right outside our window. We must have been near a hospital as well because we counted 7 ambulances with sirens throughout the night. Between the two, we got no sleep at all.

ちゃんと清掃されてる感じでした！ご飯食べれるスペースもあるし、お風呂入って寝るだけなら十分だと思いました。
