Pros:

Samoobsługa, przestronny apartament, lodówka, mikrofala.

Cons:

Czytość. Termoizolacja, wielkość klatki schodowej i pojedyncze szyby mogą być szokiem kulturowym dla europejczyka, ale tak tutaj jest, trzeba się przyzwyczaić.

Overall it was a good stay
Pros:

We loved the location. Near to mart and to train station. Nice neighborhood you can experience the japanese culture around you from locals.
Free change of towels and toothbrushes. Washing machine in room. Hot water.

Cons:

Front room was too noisy. The bed covers and pillow sheets could have been more cleaner.

I regret staying here and would not return.

Cons:

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. The apartment was dusty, with dust and mould visible throughout, dirty floors, and surfaces that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. From the moment we arrived, the place felt unhygienic and neglected.

The bathroom was smelly unpleasant and poorly maintained. Nothing felt fresh or welcoming.
The overall environment was uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all.

Definitely not worth the money and not a place I would recommend. I regret staying here and would not return.

Estancia de paso para gastar poco en Shinjuku
Pros:

Habiendo estado en otros alojamientos en Japón, esta estancia es bastante amplia en relación calidad/precio. Además, el acceso usando el código de la puerta principal y la puerta del apartamento, es sencillo incluso si no eres muy ducho con la tecnología.

Cons:

En la habitación que me tocó, se escuchaba la televisión y las cañerías de los vecinos por la noche.

Goed appartement en snelle reactie personeel via berichten via Booking.
Pros:

We hebben alleen de koelkast gebruikt maar er waren ook magnetron en wasmachine aanwezig. Goede douche. 2 slaapkamers met daartussen een soort kleine woonkamer wat meer dan genoeg was. Per slaapkamer een eenpersoons bed en een tweepersoons bed. Netjes opgemaakt en schoon.

Neat, tidy and modern.The shower was good and nice and warm.

It was a bit small for our 5 person family but its just to sleep and did the job. It was neat and tidy.

若い年代に戻った50代　笑
Pros:

2連泊させていただきました
家族が多いので料金がリーズナブルな点、駅までの距離がさほど遠くなかった点など
とても良かったです。宿泊中に雨が降り、傘を無料で貸してくれたり
バスタオルなど手に取りやすい場所に置いてくださったのがうれしかったです
ベッドはとても寝心地がよかったです。

Cons:

初日、消毒の臭いがきつくてつらかったです
連泊して翌日には気にならなくなっていましたが、細かい箇所の埃などが気になりました。
外国の方が宿泊されるとなれば絨毯では難しいのかな？床がむき出しなのでひんやり感がありました。冬は寒いかも。

這次跟朋友4個人去平分下來價格便宜，行李箱都打開不是問題，小缺點就是離公車或地鐵都有約10分鐘路程不算近，但整體住下來很棒
