Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig.
Das Personal ist äusserst aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und auch für Sportbegeisterte zusammengestellt. Das Essen ist mit Liebe gemacht und schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und werden wieder kommen.

Die Lage des Hotel mit der fantastischen Aussicht ist einfach grandios. Wir haben den Aufenthalt, das zuvorkommende Personal, das ausgezeichnete Essen genossen und empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter.

Pros:

Nur Bestnoten zum Ganzen von A-Z. Vom Empfang und der Beratung an der Reception über den (kleinen aber feien) Wellness-Bereich) bis hin zum Zimmer und dem Überraschungs-Menü. Äusserst freundliche Bedienung und eine exzellente Küche. Ein Ort zum wohl fühlen und sich verwöhnen lassen.

Gerne wieder mal eine Auszeit in diesem tollen Hotel

Nothing. The road was blocked and I could not
Get to the hotel after driving 4 hours to get there .

Cons:

After driving 4 hours to get to the hotel I found the last part closed. When I called to ask how I can get there I was told that I need to park my car in a public space 40 minutes away to take a bus that passes only once every hour. when I tried to find out what time the bus passes next morning because I had a ski race in elm at 9 am they remembered to tell me I need to also take a gondola from the bus to go up to the hotel and that the gondola does not open until 9 am. Misunderstandings happen but what I really did not appreciate was that the hotel’s manager was rude and helpful.
