comodidad sí, pero no me sentí consentido.
Pros:

La atención y la limpieza, así como la habitación.

Cons:

Me entregaron mi habitación 2 horas y media tarde, no tuve acceso al spa, porque no se podía compartir en parejas, no entendí porque cobran el estacionamiento a quienes pagamos por la habitación que se contrato, se olvidaron unos lentes en la habitación y no aparecieron.

Pros:

El gimnasio y la piscina temperada muy buena.
En el restaurant se come bien

Cons:

Olor a comida en todo el piso de las suites (piso PH) nos cambiamos de habitación por el olor y el ruido de la calle, pero no mejoro el olor. No tiene cajones para la ropa, piezas grandes sin poder guardar bien la ropa. No hay donde colgar las toallas.
La atención es mala, en general no saben atender bien, deben capacitarlos mas.

could be 5 star but more 3 star apart from the penthouse
Pros:

the suites are great and very confortable
the housekeeper was perfect and the bellboys where really friendly
breakfast was very good

Cons:

apart from the penthouse floor the rest of the hotel is not a 5 star hotel it’s old and not in a good shape
staff at the front desk where not very nice and not smiling at all !
the food in mexican restaurant was the worst of our trip !

Pros:

We loved our staff here, the staff were so attentive & nothing was too much. They helped us book restaurants & transport & were very welcoming. We had a huge room & plenty of water in our room too which was great. 10/10!

A perfect getaway
Pros:

The sky suite rooms in the penthouse are absolutely gorgeous. Room service was excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. The location can't be beat. Massage was amazing.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find the spa entrance. Signs could be more clearly posted.
