コスパ高、この料金を維持いただけたらリピ確実です！
Pros:

今の御時世で抜群のコスパと駅から徒歩2分！寒い時期だったので、近くのたい焼き屋が抜群に美味しかった。

Cons:

エアコンが旧式で細かい温度設定ができなくて、年末12月でしたが、むしろ暑すぎるくらいでした。
