Pros:

So many times I had chosen the hotel, and the locality of the property were recommendable. Feel so hot in the room during stay in night, and there was lot of mosquitos which has disturbed me for a sound sleep.

Worst experience ever

Cons:

Reached late night, upon about to check in there was no one in the reception. A guy was sleeping on the couch and after repeated calls he woke up and said to wait.. after almost half an hour another guy comes from inside, without even looking at me or asking my need, he says no room available. I said I have a booking and showed my booking upon which he said since you didn't pay while you booked the booking is not valid. If that is the case that has to be mentioned clearly in the app. Booking.com says my booking was confirmed and I can pay at the hotel and the hotel ppl says this.. I request booking.com to avoid such scammers from your portal. It was KLF time and I was a delegate. I had to walk away from there and search for another hotel at midnight around 2:00 am.. felt really horrible booking this hotel

Pathetic Hotel
Pros:

Nothing !!

Cons:

Absolutely wasted....dirty and no basic amenities...run down and surprised it is still open....would like to get a refund !!

Pros:

They didn't give me my room, they said that since it was from booking.com my room is not reserved and I had to roam around looking for a new place to stay.

They refused to give me my booking.
