Central, clean and comfortable stay at this Hotel.
Pros:

The location is central amd close to the main street with shops and restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. Our rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good choice as well as being tasty and so did lunch.

Cons:

No complaints whatsoever.

Great location, great staff, great beer, great food, great value!
Pros:

Great location, good food, spacious room. We stayed Sunday of the Bank Holiday weekend and the pub was incredibly busy, but all was great the staff were excellent and worked their socks off.

Wee gem in Broughty Ferry
Pros:

Popular location which made finding parking space a challenge. Well organized hotel/pub with friendly staff. Good honest food well prepared and good value for money. Breakfast was superb !

Cons:

Finding parking space, mind you weather was very good attracting people to the area.

the breakfast was good .

Cons:

no help from the staff.im disabled & checked in first i had to climb stairs holding the banister my partner checked in after me with a large case 4 the both of us & all the staff offered was directions to the stairs seemingly they where to busy taking money at the bar the place was heaving but to let woman struggle never mind up the stairs but all the way through the busy bar they paid more attention to bar customers than they did with hotel customers that had allready paid in advance .
