Pros:

I liked the location, the apartments in good condition, a large balcony, all the necessary things that are necessary for living, cooking all this was. We were with bicycles, and two 3.5 m boards for swimming, we placed all this in the garage of the apartments, the beach is 10 steps from the apartment, there is a shower for washing after the sea, this is a very big plus.

My impression, and my family. Our vacation turned out to be very cool in this place, a beautiful place, a small town, a bakery nearby, delicious coffee, delicious pastries. The sea is beautiful, warm, sand, very suitable for young children. Our children, who are already 16 and 9 years old, had a lot of fun. My advice is to take your bikes with you.

Cons:

I didn't like that during the entire stay, there was only one car in the garage, and there were 3 seats, and in general we were told for parking in the garage that there were no free places. Only in the last two days of our stay was the garage filled with cars. We were offered to park our car somewhere in some yard. First there was a conversation and an agreement on free parking, and then for money. We refused because the car was parked near the apartment, parked, covered with sun protection.
There is a lot of sand that is brought from the beach area to the house, to the apartment. My advice before entering is to fill up with gravel in front of the gate, to the entrance of the apartment. The tank with shower gel fell off in our bathroom, I informed the cleaners about it, by the end of our stay it was not repaired. But it's nothing, it's not scary. In the garage, some rude man broke our fin on an inflatable board when he was leaving his car. We informed the owner, but without result.

Comfy and well equipped apartment right next to beach
Pros:

Big and comfy apartment, with nice garden view, right next to public beach with possibility to borrow sundbeds and umbrella. Rooms are well furbished, kitchen with everything needed to prepare breakfasts or any other meals. Large and spacious balcony. Washing machine available which helps a lot to stay fresh even for longer stays…

Beach is so close, with light sand, even though it could be crowded sometimes, when you walk north you will very soon be almost alone there.

Dogs are not oficially allowed on the public beach but going few hundred meters north where density of visitors became scarce, noone was challenging and our dog was very happily enjoying the sea with us…

Cons:

Nothing that we can think of, it was really nice stay with no bad experience :-)

Lovely room next to the sea.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean room with a large balcony complete with a view of the sea. Beautiful sunset view. Free use of beach with sun loungers and chairs provided from the accommodation. A short walk into San Vincenzo.

Pros:

Wonderful!! Everything was great! The apartment is clean and fully equipped with all we needed, parking facilities are great and the location is perfect. The owner was extremely careful, there was a minor problem on our arrival and she did all her best to solve it. Would definitely stay there again!

First time at the Italian seaside
Pros:

It’s right next to the beach and at the very end of the town - not so crowded and if you walk a bit you will find yourself completely alone.
Apartment has direct sea view (it was one below highest floor), with some nice candles and garden table.

Cons:

Tiny garage - our full size suv barely made it inside (but it’s better to book it, so you don’t have to look for spece on the street - in August it was really full).
The apartment could have been cleaned a little bit better.

We loved the place and we will come back for sure. Good value for money.
Pros:

This was our second trip to the place. Again we were very happy there and we will definitely come back again. It is truly exceptional - facing the beach, which at the time of the year is not crowded at all. Yet there are very good restaurants within the walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, very well equipped. I definitely recommend the location to those who are looking for comfortable and quiet apartment.

Cons:

There are not enough parking spots there and you need to leave the car at the side of a small street leading to the place or on the public parking along the main street - 100m away - so it is actually not much problem at all.
