The only positive about this hotel is its close proximity to the main railway station and bus stand in Trivandrum.
The room despite being small was clean but that’s where the positives for me end.
Screen on aircon doesn’t work so you can’t see what temp it is or fan speed etc.
No toilet paper and after asking for some it took 30mins to arrive only after a second reminder.
Water in bathroom goes hot then cold then hot then cold - on and on.
Beware of falling and fracturing your hip. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery
No wifi code offered and it was not listed in the room.
Hotel staff loudly banging doors early in the morning.
Loud piano music from 8am in the hallway right outside the room. Woke us up (despite me wearing earplugs) and after a 4am check in that was not appreciated.
Finally when we went to pay with our Wise card (linked to Visa) that we have used all over India during the last two months, we were told they only accept Mastercard. No where was this mentioned on Booking.com
Check out time in Booking.com says 12 midday, but at the reception it states 11am.
Do yourself a favour. Do NOT stay here.

The property is very close to trivendrum central railway station. Facilities are very good compared to the price paid for it. The rooms were neat and clean.Staffs were courteous.. It was a great satisfaction for the stay.

The property as a whole was exceptional. The moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out I was overwhelmed with the quality and its facilities. The ambiance both outdoors and indoors was so soothing along with friendly staffs and clean rooms. A top notch experience and highly satisfied. Will definitely Goodland Elegance again. Thank you.
