Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder ins Serhotel Schäpfle gehen.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Lage. Nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, unkompliziert. Ein Zimmer in Richtung See lohnt sich, da die Lage in Richtung Innenhof zweckmässig aber nicht schön ist.

Cons:

Sehr gut.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Frühstück war vielfältig, die Lage direkt am See ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber und für zwei Nächte ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Der Blick auf den Hinterhof und Nachbars triste Hauswand war unschön. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt zumindest für dieses Zimmer nicht.

Beautiful hotel with a great view.
Pros:

A very pretty, and well appointed hotel. Room was good and bed very comfortable if a little small. Nice bathroom but all very clean. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with everything you could want and the breakfast area had a great ambiance and decor.

Cons:

Nothing really though it was a little confusing as to when there would be someone at the hotel to greet you or when you had to leave as there are various times for both these. the guide book left for us was a nice touch but not ideal as it arrived latish on the day we left. These are very minor points.

Good for a quiet short holiday
Pros:

Location, right on the lake promenade, plenty of food choices around. Very quiet. Nice structure, staff very helpful.

Cons:

Beds were a bit too soft for me, parking only available off site, we did run into an issue with double charge for it due to the parking staff being useless but the hotel promptly fixed (thank you). Reception unavailable after 6pm ?

Un bel hôtel mais nuits bruyantes en bord de lac
Pros:

Très bel hôtel au bord du lac
Vue magnifique depuis la chambre
Excellent petit déjeuner
Personnel agréable
L’absence de voitures car voie piétonne
Triple vitrage super efficace mais en plein été il faut ouvrir à cause de la chaleur

Cons:

Malheureusement nous avons eu en 5 jours beaucoup de bruit la nuit : personnes ivrognes , jeunes gens qui plonge dans le lac sous les fenêtres de l’hôtel en hurlant à 3:00 du matin , touristes bruyants
Et même au petit matin les personnes qui nettoient le trottoir ou la terrasse
Donc tout dépend de votre sensibilité aux bruit
Absence de personnel de l’hôtel sur place la nuit
Pas de climatisation ni de ventilateur dans les chambres
