Λόγω του ότι το δωμάτιο είναι ημιυπόγειο, δεν έχει καθόλου καλό εξαερισμό. Την πρώτη μέρα που μπήκαμε μύριζε κλεισούρα.
Από καθαριότητα, τελείως μέτρια. Βρήκαμε τρίχες στο μπάνιο και το πάπλωμα μας το είχαν αφήσει πάνω σε έναν πάγκο με σκόνη. Το πάτωμα πρέπει να είχε μόνο σκουπιστεί και δεν ήρθαν να καθαρίσουν μέσα στις μέρες που μείναμε εκεί.
Η τηλεόραση δεν έχει κεραία για να δεις τα κανάλια της χώρας, μόνο να δεις Netflix, Youtube..

I was notified at the last minute that my original apartment was unavailable due to a plumbing issue and was reassigned to another unit described as an upgrade.

However, the alternative apartment had several significant drawbacks. In particular, strong street lighting coming through the windows and constant street noise throughout the night made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, the terrace—while mentioned—was not clearly described and did not compensate for these inconveniences.

Overall, the replacement did not provide an equivalent or improved experience and had a negative impact on my stay. Unfortunately, I was unable to cancel my flight tickets, which left me with no practical alternative but to accept the change.

El colchón no era cómodo, la habitación no tenía ventanas ni ventilación, no había suficiente menaje de cocina. No había ni una cacerola o un microondas para calentar la leche del café.

The bed frame was very squeaky — small movements woke me at night. I reported it to staff but no practical solution or compensation/gesture was offered, which was disappointing since the bed was the main amenity I relied on between long days of sightseeing...

Lamentablemente, todo lo demás.
Al llegar, el departamento no estaba del todo limpio, las sábanas estaban en mal estado y el colchón era tan incómodo que fue imposible dormir.
Contacté a Booking para informar la situación y esperé su respuesta antes de que el alojamiento actuara.
Mientras tanto, tuve que buscar otro lugar para poder descansar, con todos los gastos y el malestar que eso implicó.
Recién días después cambiaron el colchón (de hecho, el viejo terminó en la calle — foto adjunta), lo que confirma que el problema era real desde el principio.
Me da mucha pena pensar que otra persona pueda atravesar una experiencia similar.
Y para completar la experiencia, el día del check-out nos tocaron el timbre tres veces a las 13:00 porque los nuevos huéspedes llegaban “para hacer el check-in temprano”, pese a que yo había avisado claramente que salíamos a esa hora.
Comunicación pésima y falta total de coordinación.
Después de todo esto, no recomiendo a nadie hospedarse aquí.

The bed. I’d encourage the owners to actually try lying on it! It is so cheap and flimsy; it squeaks and creaks every time you sit/lie/turn over. Please replace it for the good of future guest lumbar support!
Drains smelled which sometimes carried through into apartment.

Very dark - needed lights on all day. Poor ventilation and AC difficult to use.
Concrete floor and walls - clean but very ugly dark stains around sink and shower area.
Area surrounding apartment was very dirty - rubbish everywhere.

Cleanliness and bedroom size and shape

Much smaller than it shows on the photos, literally no room around the bed to put a cabinet. Tiny shower room.

Shower leaked but the agent did send someone quickly who very strangely left the shower parts and a knife on the kitchen counter. Had to return to fix the shower. So odd.

The shower room was dirty with built up mould and dirt (this has been mentioned in other reviews). We didn’t want to leave the keys again as we did not see a safe for our personal belongings.

No information left about the area, controls, tv etc and it did not have a few of the items listed on booking.com

With a few tweaks this could be a fantastic place to stay

Bed was a bit small .

It is a basement apartment so only has one small window.

It would be good to have tea towels and some tea bags, but as a couple of grocery shops nearby, it wasn't a problem at all. The light switches had a sort of personality, but again, it wasn't an issue at all.

Bad noise insulation but typically not too loud at night from surrounding apartments. Bathroom could have been cleaner but otherwise sufficient.

Self check-in information should be shared days in advance. I am not from Turkey, I don’t have phone service in the country, and they tried to contact me on WhatsApp 3 hours before my arrival.
