Pros:

سكنت لمده اسبوع في هذا المكان صحيح ان الاثاث متواضع والاسره متواضعه ولاكن اعجبني في المكان الموقع والموظفين خصوصا السيد اريف وزهره خصوصا انني نسيت المفتاح داخل الشقه وكان يوم اجازه لديهم والباب كان حديد فاحضر عامل قام بتديل المفتاح وكلفه حسب ماقال 4000 ليره ولاكن لم يغرمنا شي كانو متعاونون ورائعون جدااا

شقه شبه جديده والاثاث نظيف يوجد مصعد
عند وصولي سكنت في الشقه الي كنت حاجزها من بوكينق كبيره وشرحه لكن صخان الماء لم يعمل فنقلني الاخ عارف الي شقه اخري كانت اجمل . تعامل الاخ عارف جدا ممتاز معك في لحظه او اي حاجه تواصله سريع مع الزباين رجل جميل بالاخلاق ومحترم . شكرا اخ عارف 👍🏼👌🏽

شكر خاص للسيد عارف حيث تم الوصول قبل موعد الدخول بمدة طويلة ومع ذلك قام السيد عارف باستقبالنا وترتيب الغرفة بسرعة وكفاءة.

سئ جدا و الموقع مختلف وغرفة بدون مكيف

أسوأ حجز لي بإسطنبول!
موقع الشقة في تطبيق بوكينج بعيد عن اللي استلمتها بشارع داخلي يفصله عن جامع شيشلي خمس شوارع لا تصلح للعوائل بتاتا والكهرباء تكرر انقطاعها كثيرا خاصة بالليل وجيران مزعجين بكلابهم تنبح ليل نهار وعبوسين حتى السلام ما يردوه .
حجزت غرفتين وصالة والواقع غرفة واحدة حيث كانت الغرفة الثانية بدون مكيف ومكتومه..اضطررت للنوم على كنبة الصالة.
روائح بأحد الحمامات ورائحة الدخان بالكنب والمكيفات والفرش ولا تغركم الصورة .
للأسف استعجلت وحجزي كان مؤكد بدون استرداد حاولت المغادرة من اول يوم وعرضت على إدارة الشقة ان ياخذو أجر يومين عن يوم واسترد فلوسي لباقي الايام واخرج لم يستجيبو لطلبي كررت الطلب اليوم الثاني والثالث بدون فائدة..
وبعد صبري عليها اسبوع كامل باليوم الأخير رحلتي كانت بالمساء التمست منهم تأخير الخروج للساعة الثالثة رفضو و تم تحويلي لصاحب الشقة الذي ظل يساومني على السماح لي ليس كرما منه إنما مقابل انه اعطيه تقييم عالي 10 في بوكينج شرط لتاجيل خروجي بعد الظهر .
قررت أن اخرج مبكرا ورفض عرضه النذل.
وضح لي ان هذا إدارة هذا الفندق لديها شقق متنوعه موزعة بالحي لذا يضع جميع الصور بموقع واحد قريب من الشارع العام.
لاانصح بالحجز لديهم.

We booked the apartment for five nights. The things that I like more about the apartment are: the location nearby markets, restaurants, and cafes. Also, the apartment itself is very clean, furnishings are good and new, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary facilities and home tools. Also, a lot of thanks for the staff there were very helpful and had good communication with their customers.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was nice and convenient and would definitely come back again if we would visit Istanbul aga
Pros:

Firstly, the manager is very kind, helpful and caring. And the worker, Arif very helpful and friendly he’s willing to help at any time and communicates well, and also Riyad who helped us settle in. The place is lovely and located in a good area with good transport options around and close to the market, shops and high street. The lift is very convenient and the place is comfortable and nice.
