Spacious room but lacking...
Pros:

- room is spacious
- area is quite quiet
- interior is good, promising, needs more decorations

Cons:

- water heater is not working
- soap smells rancid, although ok to use
- minimal parking, when my car is blocked by another car, the staff had to call the owner to the room to move his car
- we can hear the voices of other guests in the corridor
- keycard not working for lift
- understaffed

I think this is one of the best hotels in the city. Been here so many times. They improved a lot.

This hotel is the worst hotel in my life.
Pros:

This hotel is not as good as it looks on the website. I booked a room for two adults and two kids in the booking system, but the hotel provided us a room with two small beds. Morever, when we complained to hotel staff, she seemed to not know what she was doing and asked us to pay more if we wanted bigger beds. To make it worse, having booked a room for two adults and two kids in the booking system, we only got breakfast for two adults only. They didn't consider kids humans who needed food and meals. This hotel is the worst hotel experience in my life. I won't recimmend this hotel ever to anyone I know.

Cons:

I didn't like everything. The hotel staffs are irresponsible.
