Izbegavajte ovo mesto .
Zaposleni neobrazovani , mutavi , ne znaju da kazu dobar dan ili dobro jutto .
Led mi je pao na automobil ispred hotela sa krova . Nisu nista rekli nego samo da moram da pomerim auto a tek kasnije decko koji tu radi mi je rekao da je led pao sa krova . Cista LAZ da su napisali da led pada sa krova . Klasicna bosanska prica , daj pare a i ne moras da dodjes . Hostapleri i prevaranti .
Izbegavati u sirokom luku .
Naravno da cu ih tuziti za ostecen nov BMW .

Nikad bolje iskustvo na Jahorini. Apartmani su novi, čisti i odlično opremljeni, sve funkcionira besprijekorno. Osoblje i konobari izuzetno ljubazni, hrana odlična. Spremište za skije i pancerice, parking i restoran u sklopu objekta veliki su plus. Sve preporuke!

Pros:

Odlična lokacija, prostran apartman, sve je novo veoma čisto, u apartmanu imate baš sve što vam je potrebno. Restoran u prizemlju, market odmah ispred. Sve preporuke za smeštaj.

Tesisin konumu, temizliği, odaları, fiyat performansı çok iyi. 6 kişilik konaklamamızı 2 ayrı yatak odası ve salonda açılan iki kişilik koltuktan yatağı olan bir dairede kendi evimizde gibi keyifli geçirdik. Kayak merkezine çok yakın yürüne nesafesinde. Zaten Termag Hotel ile aynı işletme olduğu için kayak kiralamamızı da Termagdaki kayak odasından kiraladık. Oradan direkt kaymaya başlayabiliyor ve bitirirken odanın önüne kadar kayakla gelebiliyorsunuz. Tam karşısında küçük bakkal gibi bir market var. Ev için alışveriş yapacaksanız havaalanından çıkınca Bingo süpermarket var. Biz alışverişimizi yapıp öyle gittik. Girişindeki restoran zaten hem kahvaltı hem akşam yemekleri için gayet uygun ve lezzetli. Tesisin çalışanları her konuda çok yardımcılar. Çok doğru bir seçim yaptığımızı her an hissettik.

Odada saç kurutma makinesi yoktu, istedik göndereceğiz dediler ama gelmedi

Lovely hotel and location with helpful staff
Pros:

Fab property, our apartment was great, big size, quiet, lovely decor, comfy bed and very clean.
The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel is in a good location to the slopes and there is a boot room. You rent your skis from Hotel Termag across the road, so very easy to sort.

Cons:

Two small things we couldn’t get the heating to work and the phone didn’t work.
There is no iron in your room, you are charged per item for them to do this, not expensive but good to know.
The biggest thing for us was the smoking in the restaurant, this was a lovely place with great food but this was not great. This is the same as every restaurant at Jahorina.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Elegant, clean, and enjoyed our food at the Italian restaurant, amazing experience

Not having a social place to spend the time at night after finishing our day at the ski resort

We had a great 5 nights at monterro jahorina. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were helpful.
Pros:

It was just as photographed. Clean with all the amenities. We had a 2 bed and it was perfect for a family of 5. There was enough space and everyone slept comfortably.
