Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, umsorgt und erfüllen auch mal einen kleinen Extrawunsch. Das DZ war etwas klein. Sehr gute Lage zum Strand bzw Seebrücke.
Kommen gerne wieder.

Werden, wenn die Gesundheit weiter so mitspielt, gern wiederkommen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und angenehm praktisch, Ein separates Badezimmer mit Dusche ist im Appartement enthalten und großzügig. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Die Lage ist sehr gut und nur wenige Minuten von der Seebrücke entfernt. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in diesem Haus

Preis/Leistung -Verhältnis ok. Frühstück und Personal ( Frühstückspersonal ) Topp. Ergibt noch viel zu tun in diesem
Pros:

Das Bad war großzügig und sauber , die Dusche ausreichend.Die Lage vom Störtebeker sehr Strandbad.

Cons:

Im Zimmer befand sich kein Kühlschrank . Meine Insulinspritzen konnte ich deshalb nicht kühlen , schade . Der Teppich ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend einer Auswechslung. Der Parkplatz ist viel zu eng für die Autos und das Rangieren im Hof erfordert gegenseitige Rücksichtsnahme. Wünschenswert wäre eine Zuweisung eines festen Stellplatzes mit Platznummer. Beim Verlassen des Grundstücks steht öfter ein Transporter im Weg . Die Suche nach dem Halter /Halterin ist zwar nicht schwierig , dennoch total unnötig.Aufgrund des fehlenden Küchenpersonal gibt es keine Versorgung ( außer Frühstück)

Das Personal war sehr nett und bemüht, allewunscge zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Vollkornbrötchen hatte ich mir gewünscht.

Am ersten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser (lag wohl an einer kaputten Heizung, wurde aber repariert)

es hat uns nicht gefallen
Pros:

das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

zu kleines Zimmer; eigentlich nur für ein Einzelzimmer geeignet. Das Zimmer ist im 2.ten Stock, mit sehr hohen, steilen Stufen. Für unser Alter(77 Jahre) nicht geeignet.

Keine Rezeption, Begrüßung blieb aus - verspätete Anreise - Abendessen nicht mehr bekommen trotz gebuchter Halbpension, Abendessen nur warm - nicht für jedermann - warm kaltes Büffet wäre empfehlenswert, Matratzen schlecht müssten erneuert werden
