Good for ubication
Pros:

The location is excellent; it is just two minutes from the Suehirocho station on the Ginza Line—a line that takes you to the best areas of Tokyo.
The service provided by the young woman from Nepal is excellent; she has a strong command of English and is extremely willing to assist. She is, by far, the best.

Cons:

Most of the staff do not know how to resolve basic inquiries because they lack sufficient English vocabulary.
The locker area is very inconvenient; the luggage doesn't fit, and the space is very cramped.

Pros:

The bath was great, the bed and rooms were great. The lockers were a bit small but you can put your big luggage at the lobby which they will safeguard.

The toilets were a bit weird they had carpet instead of tiles.

A comfortable stay
Pros:

The interior of the hotel is very nice, professional staff to greet you. The amenities are great, especially baths and showers. The sleeping rooms are well organized, not too many capsules in one area.

Cons:

The capsule was a bit too warm. The fan was too loud for me, but worked smoothly.
