Pros:

The rate they charged was very high when compare to size of room and facility available in room. I booked for 3 bed but no amount was adjusted when only 2 members stayed there. The service is not up to mark as the time taken to supply food or any item in room is minimum 15-20 minutes. Also you may have to call twice or thrice for a single item. If you are planning to visit for VIT Vellore, its far away and taking lot of time to commute.

Decent could have been better
Pros:

The food , service and staff were excellent

Cons:

It was very noisy. The windows had not been cleaned in a lot of time . The power kept going off. And the noise was a bit much.

Cleanliness, house keeping & behaviour @ the reception.

Cons:

No one informed about complimentary breakfast availability. I didn’t get any coupon during check in, neither got that in the next morning with the newspaper. So I missed 1st day breakfast. Next day I used my friend's coupon for breakfast. There was limited items for the breakfast as per their suggestion, not per menu. Room services are very slow.

Pros:

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Highlight for us was the breakfast we opted in for. Both the food itself and the service was most enjoyable. We'd happily stay there again and recommend it to others.

Good and satisfied stay and as per expectations..value for money.
Pros:

The systems and facilities are functional and just right. staff are courteous and helpful. the restaurant dishes out good and tasty fare. the service is quite fast and good. there is a parking for cars..located in central area in town and close to Vellore Fort.
