Pros:

Efficient and Polite staff. Breakfast was good. Location fantastic.

Cons:

Staff not trained to go the extra mile such as a request for a wedding anniversary cake was not in their span of 'customer service'.

Cleanliness, house keeping & behaviour @ the reception.

Cons:

No one informed about complimentary breakfast availability. I didn’t get any coupon during check in, neither got that in the next morning with the newspaper. So I missed 1st day breakfast. Next day I used my friend's coupon for breakfast. There was limited items for the breakfast as per their suggestion, not per menu. Room services are very slow.

Pros:

Facilities were clean and comfortable. Highlight for us was the breakfast we opted in for. Both the food itself and the service was most enjoyable. We'd happily stay there again and recommend it to others.

Good and satisfied stay and as per expectations..value for money.
Pros:

The systems and facilities are functional and just right. staff are courteous and helpful. the restaurant dishes out good and tasty fare. the service is quite fast and good. there is a parking for cars..located in central area in town and close to Vellore Fort.
