I could hear the people next to me. I could hear their whole conversations. They started smoking at 11:30pm and it came wafting into our room. It was disgusting. I didn’t like that there was nothing out the front door to sit and eat in the morning. No door to the backyard from the unit. The matrices was so soft and springy. We did see a cockroach in the doorway but none after that. Thank god

We stayed at this property for years under a previous owner and loved it. Under the new ownership it’s not so great. We never saw a staff member during our stay and there are additional fees for parking and use of beach chairs which had previously been included. There were some issues with bathroom plumbing in our room which I reported. A coffee maker is provided but no coffee.

We did not like the adjacent door to our room. We could hear every conversation, music and the argument the couple had next door. This challenge began around 2300hrs. The hotel has a noise policy in effect for 2200hrs. I reached out to the property manager, with regards to this issue. I was assured that it would be dealt with. The issue kept going on till the couple began to argue at 0130am. It was at this point that my wife and I began to searched for another accommodation, and ultimately, left the property. I attempted to call the properly but we could not get in touch with anyone.

Cold at night (there was no extra blanket in the room), paper-thin walls, a hairdryer that didn’t work (we requested help before 5 p.m. on a Saturday, only to be told that no one could help us), a terribly dirty kitchen (to the point that I was afraid to touch anything), stains on sheets, and a safety deposit box that didn’t work. Basically, the worst quality we’ve experienced anywhere.

Coffee maker missing. Heater did not work.

It was freezing, couldn’t shut the air off, had to turn the stove on and open the door to warm it up, no extra blankets. Bed was OK. Extra pillows good No water in the shower and I have video trying to turn it on. Not just no hot water, no water. We traveled to help family and needed a shower and couldn’t get it to work. Either it was shut off or the valve was frozen shut while it moved no water came out. Very unhappy about that. 302 😡 correcting these two issues would make a huge difference in our opinion of the place.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was extremely poor. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms — snoring, conversations, and TV noise as if it was inside my room. The floors were dirty; I walked a little in white socks and they immediately became black. There were no proper blankets, and it was very cold at night. The heater did not work, which made the stay uncomfortable. The TV remote also didn’t work because the batteries were dead.

Not enough toilet paper. Make you buy your own. No heat. It was 36 degrees.... toilet wouldn't flush at least once a day.

The only negatives were the walls are paper thin so it's very noisy, TV is basically useless in the location, and the few days I stayed, the weather was very cold so the room was freezing.

The bed was two beds put together which was definitely uncomfortable and the walls are thin and a door separates you from the other room
