Sehr gutes Hotel in León
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem aussergewöhnlich ruhig in der Nacht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir hatten Probleme, die kleinen Sicherheitsleuchten aus zu schalten für die Nacht. Nach einigem Experimentieren hst das aber geklappt.

Pequeño hotel boutique en el centro de León, muy cómodo y elegante.
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la ubicación, la comodidad y la limpieza. Una opción muy top para visitar León, una ciudad que siempre vale la pena.

Cons:

Hubo un inconveniente durante nuestra estancia, pero la gerencia del hotel reaccionó de manera ágil, amable y honesta. Eso es lo importante. Volveremos seguro!

MI CASA EN LEÓN
Pros:

El palacete Colonial se encuentra en una de las calles más céntricas y transitadas de León, Ordoño II; por ello, su ubicación es inmejorable. El palacete fue construido en 1929. Gracias a una rehabilitación respetuosa, ha recuperado su esplendor, conservando su carácter histórico y su autenticidad. Hoy es un lujo y un privilegio poder hospedarse en él, atendido de forma elegante por Eva y Antonio, pero de igual manera por todo su personal, respetuoso y muy amable en su trato: la señora que hace posible que las habitaciones estén escrupulosamente limpias y la cama perfectamente ejecutada, obsequiándonos con un gran detalle de cortesía en la habitación. La palabra "gracias" se queda muy corta para agradecer su buen hacer, consiguiendo que alguien como esta huésped haya sido muy feliz. Todo su personal hace del Palacete Colonial algo más que un bed & breakfast boutique. Gracias por existir.

the location is very good: close to the train station and the city center at the same time; people were friendly, place was clean, really good value for money

Location and hospitality make this hotel a must for your stay in Leon.
Pros:

The location is amazing and the staff is very thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast is a cut above others we’ve had. I injured my leg while walking the Camino de Santiago and was having issues walking. The staff helped me throughout my stay so that I didn’t have to use stairs and even put a ramp out for me.

Cons:

There is a quiet luxury about the hotel. It’s the third time we’ve stayed there, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. A little bit of the newness and luster has worn off over the years, but everything else about the hotel makes that easy to overlook.
