Cons:

The staff is not helpful at all. At 8am, the hotel was locked completely and It took a while to wake the staff and got the entry door unlock so I can get out. Most important the staff had a very bad attitude.

A most convenient, clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything! It’s a convenient walk from the train station and located on the main pedestrian street within walking distance to sites. The room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail was admirable, especially in the bathroom. Next time, we’ll book a longer stay.

Lujo al alcance del bolsillo y en pleno centro de León.
Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y muy bien equipada. La cama comodísima y la ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

Si tengo que poner algo negativo solo se me ocurre que el desayuno era muy repetitivo, eso si, todo muy bueno y de calidad.

Total perfection with THE most comfortable bed and pilllows!

We could easily walk there from the train station with our cases which was handy, the hotel was a really beautiful building, the staff were very welcoming and kind. But oh my gosh the hotel room itself was exceptional, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve had in our travels over the last few weeks by far, and there’s been a few! It was heaven! The room was also really beautifully finished with modern tapwear, lighting, nespresso machine, Dyson hairdryer , safe, hanging space, loads of floor space to open up suitcases etc. I don’t have a negative thing to say about this hotel or its staff, 10/10 impressed and would highly recommend!

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect, honestly!

Great hotel. Great value great location.
Pros:

Check in was great. Hotel was great. The staff was great. The woman who checked me in was great (and very beautiful too). Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Only issue I didn’t like was they photocopied my passport and insisted they write down my credit card number with expiration date and they copied that too. No hotel is supposed to do that. I pointed it out but she said she was only doing what she was told to do. They need to stop doing that.
