Caldo pazzesco, non c'era l'aria condizionata
Mancanza totale di disponiblità delle persone di fronte ad un imprevisto Impossibilità di contattare via mail o a telefono; solo con grande difficoltà è stato possibile ricevere risposta. Scorrettezza nei rapporti con Booing. Sconsiglio a tutti. NEmmno boooking è in grado di aiutare in caso di difficoltà. Nessuno ti risponde, nessuno ti aiuta.
Non prenoterò mail più con Booking.

No estaba limpio, había polvo por cualquier sitio, las habitaciones estaban pintadas de colores fuertes, intensos, oscuros, muebles de abuela, de restos, pintadas en las paredes que daban miedo. Recepción solo abierta unas horas, habitaciones con código de acceso, al igual que la entrada al hotel, que son dos plantas en un edificio normal. Al no haber aire acondicionado, y estar en la calle que baja del castillo, y junto a la peatonal principal, o te asas, o no pegas ojo por los coches y las gente. Te lo repito de nuevo. Huye.

Perfetta la posizione in pieno centro
La camera n 8 si affaccia su una via molto trafficata e affollata quindi anche la notte c' è molta confusione perché, mancando l' aria condizionata, in estate devi lasciare le finestre aperte. Le stanze sono poco insonorizzate e si sentono i rumori provenienti dalle camere vicine.

Late self check-in, although the address of the room in the building wasn't accurate so I had to roam around a little.
