Convenient location. Comfortable room.
The room was decorated beautifully with a clean presentation. It was a very hot night so the fan was very welcome. The bed was a nice size and comfortable. Some nice drink and breakfast options. The fresh fruit from the communal fridge was a nice touch.
The room wasn't the easiest to find late at night but managed it eventually. Some additional signage from the car park might be helpful. The sign on the truck the instructions mentioned was very faded so was hard to see at night.
Very clean and newly refurbished rooms . Spotless
The location was abit difficult to get to , perhaps creating a small video from the car park to explain how to enter the building would have helped .

Unfortunately the owner was not expecting me despite.booking on booking.com, receiving confirmation and messages from them.

How hot the room was .. it was unbearable we didn't sleep for 2 days .
I get the weather was really hot . But the room was hotter than out side so . Also only jaf a very small fan in the room bit didn't help at all
Location. Decor. Would stay again.
Fire escape entry. The shower was not draining properly and had to keep switching it off to avoid overflowing. No fridge as stated so no fresh milk or other items. Complimentary toileteries far too small. The prepacked croissants were inedible, a bit like raw dough.
The room was clean, had a great shower and the highlight was the make up mirror with the light and a fan next to it! A girl's dream!
Also, I'd love to know where they get their shower towels from, so soft and fluffy😍 the sheets were also so nice and soft !!
The entrance to the property is bizarre, with metal stairs. I followed the instructions provided in the welcome message, which meant I walked all the way around to enter via car park when in reality could have walked inside the pub and entered quicker since I didn't have a car and was dropped by Uber to the address.

The windows overlooked the street and facing houses and we really thought it required a blind in the bathroom also in the bedroom
Great location, fantastic room and amenities! Staff were lovely when I called and so helpful. Shower and bathroom all very clean and modern and shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. Mirror was lovely, bed was really comfy, and the breakfast items in the room were a really sweet touch. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back if I’m up that way again.
