Posizione centralissima, sia per il villaggio di Pamukkale sia per raggiungere il sito archeologico. Stanze essenziali e pulite, la famiglia che gestisce questo hotel è super gentile!

Wifi! Signal was lost all the time, so shame. Toilet seat was broken, equipment were overall simple, old, but sufficient.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again everything was perfect. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived and enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Very pleasant family hotel vibe

staff is friendly and the hotel has a great view on the travertine and beautiful sunset over the hills. The fish was very good at the restaurant

Great stay at Kervansaray. It's well located, quiet, comfortable, clean, and the swimming pool felt great after a long day of walking in the sun. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hasan who has been an absolute legend and went out of his way to help us get our kindle back that we had forgotten at the hotel when we left! Amazing, thanks again and all the best!! 🙏
