Impeccable stay. We will recommend Renoma to all our friends (and hope there will still be room for us 🥰)
Pros:

Thank you Renoma and the team (Angelina, Victoria, Anna). It was our home away from home, but even better:) the 24/7 whatsapp concierge service was truly amazing - whatever we needed was resolved ASAP!

Among other things:
-Renoma set up a tent for us every morning at the beach with ice box and games and also organized room service delivery from bar51, so that we could enjoy dinner at our terrace.
-We also got exceptional help with all restaurant bookings and taxi (we had an issue with gett taxi app). I also had a parcel delivered to my room for my birthday in my absence and the Victoria took great care of it, even messaging me photos.
-Our stay was filled with care and thoughtful gestures - we were given bottles of water to go to the airport, I was provided with refreshments during the check-in process (I was very tired after my flight) and Angelina gave me a perfect tour of the premises.
-Overall, the team went above-and-beyond with our requests. For instance, Anna helped me select a jewelry piece from a local store.
-We enjoyed the stay so much that we bought aroma diffusers to make sure that we have a touch of Renoma in our homes 🥰

just amazing.....I wish I knew about them before...
Pros:

the staff was so friendly, just amazing, from the manager to the 24-hour front desk and the housekeeping team, everyone was so kind and helpful. The place is so clean and conveniently located, steps from the beach. We will definitely stay there again....

Cons:

nothing really. There were a few hick-ups with the on-site parking, but they were very helpful in resolving this.

Beautiful and Spacious Apartment Hotel
Pros:

The apartment was more like a two bedroom suite, 2 bedrooms plus a communal area and bathroom. There were also 2 decks, one looking out on the intersection with Trumpeldor and one looking out to the beach. The apartment and facility in general was very well appointed and staff were courteous and helpful. Also, we were about a block from the beach.

Cons:

The description said the apartment included a kitchen but it did not. Also, the mini fridge was so full of mini bar items for purchase there wasn't room for anything we brought.

Superb
Pros:

Very clean, spacious apartments. No breakfast in restaurant, but top quality breakfast box for in room breakfast. Very supportive personnel.

Cons:

Garage only for smaller cars. We had a family van and had to park in neighbouring building parking for 50$ extra per night. Location is perfect at Tel Aviv beach but no sea view from apartments.
