Pros:

Harika bir konumu var, Tramvay durağına 2 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Venedike gitmek içinde Venedikten dönmek içinde bir çok tek vesait imkan var ve ortalama 25 dakika sürüyor. Her 10 dakikada bir hem otobüs hem de tramvay geçiyor. Evin özel otoparkı olması ayrı güzel. Alberto iyi niyetli ve yardımsever birisi. Bir daha Venedik seyahati planladığımda ilk müsaitliğine bakıcağım yer burası olur.

Cons:

Wifi inanılmaz kötü, hiç yok desek yeridir. Konaklama sonunda internetin kötü olduğunu söyledim ve bana keşke söyleseydiniz farklı bir internet bağlantısı daha var ona yönlendirirdim dedi. En başından düzgün çalılan wifi adresini vermesi sanki daha mantıklı. Odalardaki yataklar iyi ancak oturma odasındaki çekyat inanılmaz rahatsız. Şiddetli bel ağrısıyla uyanma garantili. Çekyatın ortasındaki yaylar içe çökmüş ve eğimli yatmak zorunda kalıyorsun.

Чудові апартаменти для комфортної ночівлі. Було дуже чисто, затишно та охайно. У помешканні є все необхідне.Заселення пройшло швидко та без проблем.

Pros:

Mamy wiele pobytów za sobą, ale nie zawsze jest czas wystawić opinie, w tym przypadku musiałem znaleźć chwilę. Apartament jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany, po świeżym remoncie, gustownie urządzony i wyposażony w dobrej jakości sprzęt. W apartamencie było przyjemnie ciepło (pobyt w marcu) na życzenie temperatura może być wyższa lub niższa. W bliskiej okolicy piekarnia, cukiernia, restauracje i bardzo dobrze wyposażony sklep. Do Wenecji dojazd tramwajem T1 - przystanek praktycznie tuż za rogiem. Gospodarz bardzo uprzejmy. To było miejsce do którego zawsze było miło wrócić po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Sehr freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, schnelle Antwort u gute Tipps. Neues, extrem sicheres Haus/ bzw Appartements. Warme Wohnung im kalten Frühjahr. Schlafcouch ein Gewinn. Guter Ausgangspunkt nach Venedig Altstadt mit Tram.

Cons:

Küchenutensilien reduziert vorhanden, für den Wunsch sich warme Mahlzeiten zu kochen. Aber möglich. Stühle für Mahlzeiten in Ordnung, sonst unbequemes Sitzen, wenn Sofa nicht nutzbar

מיקום נחמד, חשמלית קרובה לונציה אך הנסיעה ארוכה עד לעיר עצמה- כחצי שעה, שירות וזמינות מעולים ותהליך ברור של צ'ק אין וצ'ק אאוט, חניה פרטית בחינם.

רמת הניקיון היתה בסדר אך פחות ממקומות אחרים שהתארחתי בהם, השירות היה נהדר ממש, האינטרנט ממש לא היה טוב
