A lovely stay
Pros:

The apartment is in a nice and calm area, very close to bus and tram stations which is quite convenient to reach Venice city center. Very clean. Our host was very helpful for directions and recommendations.

Очень тёплые, чистые, уютные апартаменты. Вся мебель и техника новые, высокого качества. Собственная парковка на территории. Хозяин Альберто очень приветливый, встретил и всё показал и рассказал, как добраться до Венеции, как купить билет и где ближайший супермаркет. До Венеции 20 минут на трамвае Т1. Остановка в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рекомендуем!

Sehr saubere, neue Unterkunft und ein äußerst freundlicher Gastgeber – absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Perfekte Sauberkeit, alles ist neu, stilvoll und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Es war sehr angenehm, in diesen Apartments zu wohnen. Der Gastgeber Alberto war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat alles zur Unterkunft erklärt und uns auch hilfreiche Informationen zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr gegeben. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great connection to Venice
Pros:

Large, clean apartment with a very well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with parking right in front of the building. Nearby there is the T1 tram stop, which takes you directly to Venice in 15 minutes, and there are also restaurants and a large supermarket within a short distance.

Cons:

The WiFi was unstable.

Smjestaj je bio u skladu s opisom, cist i uredan. Lokacija odlicna, stanica za tramvaj udaljena nekoliko minuta. Domacin dostupan i susretljiv 🙂

Imprescindible en tu viaje barato a Venecia
Pros:

Fue una estancia breve ya que solo estuvimos una noche, el apartamento estaba impecable, era cómodo, tenía un diseño muy bonito y materiales de calidad, la persona que nos atendió muy agradable y correcta. Está situada a menos de 3 minutos de la parada del tranvía T1 que es el que te lleva directo al centro de Venecia, también tiene un supermercado grande a aproximadamente 7 minutos andando por lo que la ubicación es excepcional. Muy contentos con el viaje y el alojamiento.

Pros:

Harika bir konumu var, Tramvay durağına 2 dakika yürüyüş mesafesinde. Venedike gitmek içinde Venedikten dönmek içinde bir çok tek vesait imkan var ve ortalama 25 dakika sürüyor. Her 10 dakikada bir hem otobüs hem de tramvay geçiyor. Evin özel otoparkı olması ayrı güzel. Alberto iyi niyetli ve yardımsever birisi. Bir daha Venedik seyahati planladığımda ilk müsaitliğine bakıcağım yer burası olur.

Cons:

Wifi inanılmaz kötü, hiç yok desek yeridir. Konaklama sonunda internetin kötü olduğunu söyledim ve bana keşke söyleseydiniz farklı bir internet bağlantısı daha var ona yönlendirirdim dedi. En başından düzgün çalılan wifi adresini vermesi sanki daha mantıklı. Odalardaki yataklar iyi ancak oturma odasındaki çekyat inanılmaz rahatsız. Şiddetli bel ağrısıyla uyanma garantili. Çekyatın ortasındaki yaylar içe çökmüş ve eğimli yatmak zorunda kalıyorsun.
