If you expect to arrive by train, get out at the Interlaken West Train Station, cross the train tracks and the bridge over the river and then take the second street on the right. The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 busses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Incrível
Pros:

De tudo, da simpatia e da disponibilidade da equipe para ajudar. As meninas falam português e isso ajuda muito. E foram bastante solícitas e gentis. O quarto é ótimo e o café da manhã é maravilhoso.

Excellent location
Pros:

Wonderful location and clean room, comfy beds, and mountain view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights, and it was quiet and accessible to restaurants and town. Highly recommended and will book again.

Precioso Hotel con muchisimo encanto. El personal es sumamente amable y nos atendieron de manera excelente. El ambiente es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son muy comodas, con vistas espectaculares a las mobrañas. El desayuno es excelente. Estamos sumemente encantados con el Hotel. Altamente recomendable.

Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was able to easily walk to the main part of town in 10 minutes. I definitely recommend staying here in Interlaken.

Pros:

Que experiência incrível. Nada a reclamar, muito pelo contrário. Atendimento super humanizado, acolhedor e atencioso. As atendentes quase todas falavam português o que facilitou muito. O quarta era grande, limpo, confortável, quente. Banheiro em comparação ao padrão da Europa grande, chuveiro forte e quente. Localização excelente. Vista linda. Café da manhã estava delicioso com produtos locais e variado. Elas deram um passe pra gente que economizamos no transporte dentro da cidade.
Se estiver na dúvida esse é o hotel.
