The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 busses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Ines was incredibly welcoming and friendly and was always ready to help out when we needed something. Self service laundry for 6CHF+6CHF for washer and dryer (1 of each machine, fairly old but functional)

The bathroom is small with a poor drainage system, and there’s no elevator or proper facilities. ⭐️⭐️
Breakfast is the same every day, and the lady cooking (Suzana) has poor communication skills and never smiles — her attitude toward guests is disappointing. However, the rest of the staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Charming chalet near the train station. Extremely quiet and cozy.
Pros:

The young lady at the front desk was kind and very helpful. The location is just a short walk to the train station and the room had a fan.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and you have to use a plug near the bed to blow dry your hair.

Great location and clean hotel
Pros:

Hotel was in a great location very walkable to the whole city and off the main tourist streets. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Room was very clean and we had a balcony which I was glad we upgraded to upon booking. Breakfast being served in the morning was a great added bonus.

Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber und funktional.
Das Badezimmer war neu renoviert 😀Leider hat im Badezimmer eine Handseife gefehlt. Die Makeup-Entfernungstücher waren aber ein Highlight.
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Feines und reichhaltiges Frühstück: sehr viele frische Früchte 😍

Cons:

Da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt, war der Ausgangslärm bis morgens um 3 Uhr zu hören. Ab 5 Uhr der Verkehr. Schlafen kann man nur mit Ohrstöpsel.

Very clean, full of character walk to Interlaken west station 5 minute walk. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast included was fantastic.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, bis auf die 3-Minuten-Eier, die waren leider ein wenig zu gut gekocht. Aber sonst war es gut. Die Zimmer an sich waren zweckmässig eingerichtet, ausreichend für 2 Nächte. Es war einfach sehr warm im Zimmer, wetterbedingt. Vielleicht wäre im Bad noch eine Ablagemöglichkeit toll.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im 3. Stock ohne Lift, leider haben wir davon nirgends gelesen, auch nicht in Booking.com. Auch die Lage war für unseren Bedarf leider nicht ideal. Ansonsten vielleicht gut.
