Pros:

Es un hotel tradicional antiguo y bien conservado y la atención de Ines ( en español y habla 6 idiomas) muy amable.

A clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Pros:

Excellent choice at breakfast. Wonderful views of mountains from the bedroom. Great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Loved having a balcony where we could sit out with a drink.
Very good location with nearby shops and choice of restaurants.

Cons:

Personally I like feather pillows but understand that for hygiene reasons hotels have to use fibre filled pillows but I find these most uncomfortable

Nice stay, great breakfast.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, with a little balcony to enjoy. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs to order, and many other choices. Staff was helpful and personable. We really appreciated having a washer and dryer available, especially at that point in our trip. The staff made change for us to use in the machines. Free parking directly in front of the hotel, off the street.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small and impossible for two people to be in there at the same time. No elevator, but we knew that, and the hostess helped carry our bags up the stairs.

Prettiest hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Lovely hotel and staff. Location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes away from the station and located close to the main street but tucked away in a rural neighbourhood.

Cons:

Lovely rooms but unfortunately the hotel did not have any lifts to take our luggage upstairs to our floor
