The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 busses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Room is not what I expect , so small. No elevator, if you have many or big luggage, it will be challenging. But breKfast
Pros:

Location near the main west station. Easy walk to everywhere of interlaken. Parking is right front of the hotel. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Room is so small for 3 persons that is out of my expectation. No elevator, it is tough to bring our big luggage upstairs as our room at top floor.

Gorgeous building and setting but don’t go in a heatwave.
Pros:

This is possibly the prettiest hotel we’ve stayed in from the outside with the setting.
The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful.
Location only 3 min walk to the station where you can get to Grindlewald or any of the other towns and mountains nearby. Great view of paragliders flying near the mountain from the window.

Cons:

There are no lifts in the property which could be an issue with heavy luggage. We managed as it was just one floor.
No air con so in July with the heatwave was impossible to sleep without the window opened and neighbours can be very loud.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut - die Spiegeleier waren etwas genug in Öl eingekocht (ich habe es lieber ohne) - aber sonst: Tip top! Die Empfangsdamen waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Cons:

Ja, die Spiegeleier... Und natürlich hätte ich auch gerne in meiner Zimmerklasse einen Balkon gehabt - war jetzt halt nun mal nicht so...

Nice location
Pros:

Nice location closer to old town Interlaken
The staff was super helpful in giving us directions for walks and the low down on where to go swimming.

Cons:

Town was a little loud during World Cup, but that's to be expected. Really, this hotel is cute and a decent value.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel . Son emplacement est idéal, à quelques minutes du centre-ville, tout en étant dans un environnement calme. L’établissement est joli et bien entretenu. L’accueil a été chaleureux, tout l’équipe est souriante, bienveillante et à l’écoute.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons également apprécié la présence de l’hôtesse pendant le service, toujours disponible et attentive.
Le tarif du séjour est tout à fait abordable et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.
