Otelin konumu, sessizliği, personelin mesajlara hızlı dönmesi ve iletişimleri gayet iyiydi. Odalar yeterince temiz ve büyüklük olarak oldukça yeterliydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı mütevazı ve yeterliydi fakat tek personelin olması belli taleplerde gecikmeye neden oldu. Kalabalık saatlerde personel sayısının arttırılması bu olumsuz detayın da önüne geçecektir. Fiyat olarak bize yüksek gelmekle birlikte çevre oteller dikkate alındığında normal sınırlar içinde diyebiliriz. Interlaken bölgesinde konaklama genel olarak pahalı.

Waking up to a view of the mountains & a coffee on the balcony, perfect.
Pros:

This hotel is excellent in all aspects very welcoming staff who go out of their way to help in ANY way they can to make sure your stay is good.i have been staying here for many many years & would not consider staying anywhere else. The rooms are cleaned each day. And the breakfasts offer plenty of choice with eggs cooked for you if you request them. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Also close to the rail station & bus station & within a short walk to shops etc . The Hardermannli is the place to stay ❤️

اشكر الموظفه تبع المطبخ كانت بشوشه و كمان بالاستقبال البنت كانت امينه على اغراض اعطيناها .

المكان كانت في وسط المدينه مايحتاج تروح بالسياره ل اي مكان مثل كوفي او مطعم او بحيره .. مخدوم من كل شي قريب جدا ،، الافطار لابأس به جيد نوع ما ولكن بسيط وغير متنوع بشكل كافي

عدم وجود تكييف يعني حاطين مراوح جلاسيه بسيطه والغرف مكتومه وضيقه يعني ب اختصار كانك عايش ف العصر الحجري بدون مبالغه.. اضافه عدم وجود احد يساعدك باشناطك او اغراضك وبدون مصعد .. كحياتنا بالسعوديه ماتناسبكم الوضع تسكنون فيه نمط سكن مختلف تماما ..وغير كذا لايوجد فريزر

Great location and great mountain view!
Pros:

Post Hardermannli was an excellent choice of hotel for our 6 night stay in Interlaken. It was in a great location, 5 min walk from Interlaken West station but in a quieter, prettier part of town. It was also only a 10 - 15 minute wak from Interlaken Ost along the river.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and even went to the trouble of some decorations and a bottle of wine in our room when they found out it was our 30th wedding anniversary, thank you again.
The view from our balcony was stunning too, really making it worth paying the extra for a balcony and mountain view.
We would highly recommend this hotel and would return next time we visit Interlaken.
