If you expect to arrive by train, get out at the Interlaken West Train Station, cross the train tracks and the bridge over the river and then take the second street on the right. The walk from the train station takes around 6 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the number 101 or 106 busses from the train station and get off at the first stop.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Welcoming hotel
Pros:

The welcoming owner, Kim and her staff are amazing. They treat you like family. The views of Jungfrau from our room were incredible. Our room was spacious.. The breakfast and made to order eggs were a great start to our day!

Cons:

I wish breakfast began at 7am.

Непогана ціна але багато незручностей

Гарне розташування, цікавий стиль готелю.
Вид з вікна дуже красивий.

Cons:

Сніданки це яйця та нарізка ковбаса/сир.
Номер незручний, постійно били ноги на порозі між кімнатами, незручно що тримісний номер окремі кімнати і не бачиш один одного. Було дуже спекотно, стояв вентилятор в одній кімнаті, і в другій, але в другій не було розетки ніде щоб його включити, тільки поставити на ліжко в ногах.
Ванна кімната дуже маленька, тісна і не зручна. В душевну кабінку взагалі складно пролізти.
Немає ліфта, постійно треба було спускатися сходами, з валізами це дуже незручно.
Всю ніч гуляли під вікнами і кричали люди, тому виспатися було неможливо. З сусіднього дому світив прям в вікно ліхтар і штори не допомагали

Amazing people. Great location. Wonderful experience.
Pros:

The woman who worked at the hotel were amazingly kind to us. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and they were tremendously helpful to us and sympathetic to us as we are dealing with trying to get it back. Loved the location and also the large porch of our bedroom. Facilities were very clean and the free breakfast was nice as well.

Cons:

I don’t think the property has air-conditioning, which made our room a little stuffy. It was a bit warmer than we were expecting in Interlaken for the time of year we visited. Not a big deal, we just opened our window and used the fan provided.

Pros:

It’s walking distance from the train station and bus stations. And walking distance from grocery and shopping stores and restaurants. I stayed here for 3 nights and I feel safe. This place is homey and cozy.

Cons:

For older people that can’t do stairs would probably hard if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor because there is no elevator. Everything else is great and wonderful.

Pros:

It was ok quite first night was good since we came late but I find it they don’t wash the floor. On second night I got bitten by the bed bug.

Amazing staff, fantastic location, delicious breakfast
Pros:

The staff were absolutely incredible! Every woman with whom we interacted was exceptionally friendly, helpful, accommodating and kind. They genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience in their hotel.

It was great to have such an extensive, fresh and made to order breakfast available everyday.
