Great location and amenities. The place was very clean, well furnished and offered plenty to keep everyone happy.

We enjoyed our peaceful winter retreat at Salty Shenanigans!
Pros:

The condo was comfortable, parking was easy, and the elevator was so nice to have.

Cons:

The heater was on a pre-set schedule and the temperature was too high for comfort (70F). We turned off the heater at night and adjusted the temperature manually as necessary, which worked fairly well, but the temperature would default to the pre-set temperatures at the scheduled times. My suggestion is that the pre-set temperature be lowered to 67F during the day and 62F at night, which would be quite comfortable because the condo is well insulated and holds the heat well.

Pros:

Loved the Host! Katy is the best host that I have ever had. Responded immediately to any question that I had about the property. The property itself was clean and well stocked. You pretty much don't need to bring anything! Even had a welcome basket for us with some goodies (coozies/water/granola bars). Katy thought of everything. I cannot say enough about this unit and Katy. Very clean and spacious. Lots of balconies too! I will be coming back another day in the future -- when it's warmer -- so that I can enjoy all the amenities that the unit has to offer (pools/hot tub/workout room, etc.).

Cons:

Loved everything. Nothing not to like :)

I loved our stay.
Pros:

I like how it was convenient to everything. I liked how it was updated and well taken care of.

Cons:

I didn't like how it was not beachfront. I didn't like how the were putting a roof on the place next door. I didn't like how are room and the balcony on had the building next door.

Pros:

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is in a wonderful location, very central so we were able to visit all that we wanted to on the Outer Banks. There are three balconies which caught the sun at different times of day.

Pros:

We loved the condo. It's perfect. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. I got the best rest. Thank you for providing lots of pillows! The jetted tub in the master bedroom was the best way to unwind. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub. The indoor pool if freezing but is winter so I'm glad there was a hot tub.

Cons:

It was an adventure finding the door to the pool but had I paid more attention to the map that was provided to us I would have found it easier. It's my own fault lol.

Our long weekend was just great! We had everything we needed to relax, cook meals and make great memories! The host was available and more than happy to help with one minor issue. We will definitely return!

We had a fabulous 4 day trip to the Outer Banks. This condo was close to the grocery store and still we had privacy -not
Pros:

Beautiful & modern, comfortable and inviting condo. Easy parking, elevators, locker full of beach supplies. It was perfect!
