Lovely clean family run complex
Pros:

Great hosts, lovely little complex, extremely clean and very well kept. The pool was great our kids loved it and not busy at all, also great little pool bar and snack area which my daughter said the milkshakes here are the best! . Each room has a sea view and only 2 minute walk to the sea front which has a good variety of bars, shops and restaurants.

A very ordinary place
Pros:

If you need a very basic accommodation for a short stay it might be ok, but if you are looking for more open and accommodating environment for a longer stay, especially a pleasant vacation, you may want to explore other options.

For those seeking a more relaxed and carefree stay, it may feel a bit reserved.

Cons:

Very basic and minimal amenities provided. The kitchen was poorly equipped.

Extremely small and uncomfortable beds. What was labeled as 'double bed' barely fit two people to lay in it, let alone sleep comfortably.

It lacked a certain sense of warmth or hospitality that can make a longer stay feel more pleasant and comfortable.

Прекрасный отпуск в доме у Терезы.
Pros:

Всё прекрасно. Рядом с морем. Завтраки на месте очень вкусные. Цены приемлемые. Хозяйка Тереза очень приветлива. Рядом находятся много таверн, где можно вкусно поесть. Наличие большой парковки. Всем советуем.

Ideally located, pleasant family run hotel
Pros:

Good location, quiet both by day and night and yet only 100m from the beach, 300m from the shops and restaurants of Acharavi and a pleasant 1km walk along the seafront into the town of Roda. Lovely to have breakfast on the large balcony looking out over the sea or equally watching the sunset in the evenings. For those into cakes and pastries, the nearby Cafe Amarena Patisserie is a must visit.

Cons:

The apartment is generally spacious but let down by the bathroom which is really quite small and possibly too tight for some. The kitchen facilities are limited and frankly I would suggest you eat out in the evenings as there are numerous (very good) restaurants nearby.

It was definitely a great place to stay for a peaceful visit to Corfu.
Pros:

The location is superb, great sea-views even from ground-floor apartments, practically on the beach but also close to the centre of Acharavi with its shops and tavernas within easy walking distance. Tereza and staff were very helpful and friendly. The garden including pool, bar, loungers etc. was lovely. Everything in the apartment was very clean.

Cons:

Although the apartment contained what we needed, including to self-cater some meals, it was quite basic. A little more comfort - especially a better mattress! - would have been nice especially for older or 'fragile' visitors.

Great place with even better owners. Family friendly with the kids area (probably ages 8 and under) and pool, plus tasty
Pros:

Clean, family friendly, the pool, and close to plenty of restaurants within walking distance either on the beach or in town.

Cons:

Only thing I would note is that the kitchen is difficult to cook a full meal (one large burner) for a family. The beaches nearby are pebble beaches, still beautiful, but if you're looking for sandy beaches, you will need to do a short drive.

A perfect relaxing place to go to and enjoy, a very happy place.
Pros:

Everything about it here was just perfect, Tereza and her team were outstanding. They all made you feel so welcome and part of the family, fabulous hosts.

Relaxing
Pros:

The apartments are well maintained and cared for. Tereza and her team are great and give a personal touch. You get stunning sunset views from the balcony and you are basically on the beach.

Acharavi is on the quieter side, but you are only a short journey away from the busier neighbouring towns, which is perfect when you want to shut off and relax.

Cons:

Can’t fault it, good value for money.
