Apartment without electricity and with cold water

I strongly advise against staying at this place. I came here for a few days to study for exams and wrote before my arrival that I wanted a room with a desk (it was also in the photos). As it turned out later, I didn't have a desk in my room, but for an additional fee I could change to a room with a desk. Not fair.
The apartment is in poor condition, there is no hot water in the bathroom (I reported this several times, someone was supposed to take care of it, but to no avail), and the cleanliness and quality of things also leave much to be desired.
Probably the most annoying thing was the random power outages during the day. It was impossible to boil water while charging my phone. You had to go out into the stairwell to restore the power supply. A tragedy.
The staff replied to my messages, but unfortunately, there was no follow-up on their part.
I totally advise against staying at this place, and I recommend that the staff write in the ad that the water is cold and the apartment loses power several times a day.

It was a really comfortable and pleasant stay !
Pros:

Really Clean and comfortable accommodation. David is really a nice and patient person. And the location is good too , just few mins walk there is a bus stop which connects to the main metro line A
