Pros:

Прекрасный отель. Все как на фото. Чисто. И главное, у них есть стиральная и даже сушильная машина! Меня это невероятно выручило, так как путешествую я с малым количеством вещей.
Горячая вода тоже работ хорошо. Насколько знаю, в Тбилиси бывают с этим проблемы. Ванная в комнате большая и очень уютная. Месторасположение прекрасное: в тихом месте, но в самом центре.

Мне тяжело было найти вход, так как нет большой вывески. Но фотографии отметила, где он. Код для входа пишут в личных сообщениях

Cons:

Die Schallisolierung möge für herkömmliche Zimmerlautstärke ausreichen , an meinem letzten Abend in der Unterkunft, tat es dies nicht. ( wo ich doch am nächsten morgen früh raus musste um den Bus zu bekommen ) An dem Abend wurde eine Frau in einen der Nachbarräume bespaßt , mehrere Stunden, mit kleinen Pausen zwischen drin.

Владелица отеля очень приятная, с ней было легко общаться, она быстро отвечала и никогда не отказывала в помощи.
Отель находится в очень колоритном месте - в старой части Тбилиси. Рядом главные достопримечательности, театр Габриадзе.
Наша комната была очень удобной, светлой. Ванная, конечно, потрясающая. Удобно, что в отеле есть небольшая кухня и прачечная.
