Pros:

Great location, lovely room with comfy beds and good kitchen facilities. Staff were very communicative on WhatsApp and it was great to be able to used the washing machine and dryer for free.

Cons:

I think I was expecting more of a studio apartment feeling, it was slightly smaller than I expected but good for a couple of days.

Excellent stay
Pros:

What a fantastic place to stay in Tbilisi!
Our room was beautiful and clean, modern with lovely decor and fixtures.
I really liked the overall space that the room was in - so it's a series of rooms on one floor of an apartment building. It had great communal facilities but still felt private.
An excellent location, especially if you're exploring the city for the first time (we were sadly just staying overnight, transiting back through the city to get elsewhere in Georgia).
Communication was consistent for self check-in and a cleaner/caretaker happened to be there and assisted on our arrival anyway, and was helpful.
Excellent price point and would highly recommend.

Pros:

Удобное бесконтактное заселение, красивые апартаменты. Несомненный плюс стиральная и сушильная машина, очень пригодилась при длительном путешествии. Хорошее местоположение на тихой улочки.
