De verlichting in het apartement mag wat beter( vnl gedimder) . Nu zelf wat lampjes neergezet.
Comfortable and clean room, easy access, amazing location, quiet area. The accommodation was very close to all the modern architecture of Rotterdam
Public transport is a bit hard to access from the place. There are buses nearby, but most of the time you have to walk a lot. There should be a parking space included in the price.
Location was good. It was pretty well priced. But overall I would not recommend to stay here.
When we arrived, we could not enter our room, the code seemed to work but the door would not open. After receiving a new code and waiting and calling, it still did not work. It took about 45 minutes to figure out that the battery of the device was empty and the door could not open via the code. We were instructed to retrieve the physical key and had to walk through half the building. This took quite a long time, because it was unclear where to find they key. Overall a very frustrating and long process (over an hour) to enter our apartment.
After being in the apartment for about 4 days, we found out the oven was not functional. We were cooking and wanted to put our dish in the oven and the oven did not respond to anything (none of the buttons seems to be functioning). I sent a message about this immediately nothing was done to fix this issue (I have sent numerous messages to follow up on this issue). Very inconvenient as we were staying over a month in the appartement.
Halfway through our visit we wanted to enter the building and it turns out the device to enter the building (via code) was removed. We called and they told us some type of maintenance was going on. They told us we should be able to enter, as the door was left open. As this building is also used by people who actually live there, the door was of course not open as they have keys and close the door (very understandable as it is not good that everyone can just enter the building). Therefore, we had to call every time we wanted to enter the building or wait for someone to enter or leave.
And the apartment was not actually cleaned during the weekly cleaning. The apartment is vacuumed and the bed is made, but none of the surfaces are being cleaned. We stayed for 4 weeks and this was not what they had described beforehand, it was supposed to be a full cleaning. Also, we did not receive new towels after the last cleaning. Luckily, we had brought some of our own, but this is of course a very inconvenient.
The place was nice, spacioous and clean. It had needed appliences like oven and washmashine
The location is a bit hard to reach as its in the island, but I could have know that. Only bad note would be to have more utencils for the kitchen, there is not a single spatula for cooking something small.

The location was great, though I expected a better view from my room. It would have been nice to have more coffee provided, especially for a 5-night stay. However, the place was very clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my time there. Overall, I would choose to stay here again.
I would have appreciated receiving earlier notice about the deposit. Additionally, I was surprised to find that I had to take out the trash myself. I was informed that my room would be cleaned at least once during my stay, but no one came to do so.

The room was well furnished and mostly clean. The room was equipped with a working microwave and fridge, as advertised. And I had to add a third sentence for this review to be able to be posted which is just great!
-We got locked out of our room one day and after 45 minutes nobody picked up on the emergency line and we were inexplicably let back in
-The cutlery in the room was dirty and there were no spoons.
-2 days before the check out we received an email saying that we have to dispose of the trash in a public trash can or else they will keep our deposit.
-The hallways and elevator were filthy even right after housekeeping came through.
-On the day of the check out we were given a 12 step guide on how to check out, again threatening our deposit if we didn't follow all steps exactly. Steps like: "Put all cutlery in the dishwasher", "Remove linen from the blankets" and "Turn the thermostat to 15C°" I thought that's what the hotel gets paid for and there was no prior mention of any of this.
-The day *after* the check out the Hotel put a second hold on my credit card (in addition to the one I agreed to) locking 600€ (instead of the agreed upon 300) on my account for a total of two weeks all while demanding that I leave a positive review.
Absolutely amazing place! The apartment is very clean, the big bed is very comfortable, dishwasher/fridge/washer machine/coffeemaker/TV/etc - everything works as expected. The kitchen is well-equipped. And the apartment is very spacious (there is even a balcony). There are no keys - there is just a digital pin you can easily enter with (very convenient). The location is smth incredible - 20 minutes walk to the city centre, and at the same time, the house is surrounded by water. I spent amazing and comfortable weeks here. WIFI is also very fast. Highly recommend!
