Pros:

excellent location, clean and well maintained rooms. I was in very short stay. Staff is very helpful.Parking is a problematic case, since you have to park your vehicle in outside the premises area without supervision.

Cons:

Parking should have a watch guard for safety

Wonderful stay! The hotel owner was very kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The housekeeper did an excellent job keeping the room Was The Very Clean Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Not recommended. No wifi no bathroom, poor staff.
Pros:

1. It was difficult to find.
2. The staff was not at all helpful.
3. One of the rooms did not have a bathroom and we had to share a common one.
4. They did not accept cards
5. There was no wifi in one room.

Pros:

Had a decent stay here! The caretaker aunty was super sweet and did her best to get us whatever we needed. The location is great—easy to find on Google Maps, and getting a cab or tuk-tuk is a breeze.

Cons:

Only downside was the thin curtains in the room, so the sunlight woke us up early. Other than that, everything was great!

All the people working at the hotel are doing everything to please us & to find solutions,
In Sri Lanka the population is specialy very keen on taking care of you, maybe specialy when traveling alone as a woman.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Kelaniya Heritage. The staff were excellent, always helpful and friendly, ensuring a great experience. The internet connection was strong and reliable, which made my stay even more convenient. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The calm and peaceful environment provided the perfect escape for relaxation. Highly recommend!

Cons:

it would be even better if the rooms had a mini-bar for added convenience.
