The pool area was clean and a nice place to relax after coming back from an excursion. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Everything is simply great at perfectly reasonable price. I had travelled with my parents (70) and trust me everything was so comfortable. Staff was superfriendly. BReakfast was good with veg options. I had booked with Kitchen and so that I can cook for my elderly parents and facilities and utilities were brilliant.
Everything was good. Nothing to dislike. Everything perfect. I could use swimming pool as I was busy with but pool is amazing too. Recommended property for long stay.

Prior to arriving at the property we were contacted and informed that there were renovation works currently being completed and the property was having an extra floor built .During this time there would be noise between 7am and 5pm every day .we normally have a room on the top floor but were offered a superior upgrade on a lower floor so that we would not be disturbed too much ,the staff took a video of the suite they had in mind and sent it to us for approval. We have stayed here once before and it is a lovely hotel with the most caring attentive staff on hand 24/7. At the start of the second week I became unwell early in the morning with atrial fibrillation I went downstairs and the staff member on duty took me to the hospital and ensured that I was ok ,the hotel then contacted me later that morning and asked how I was . Their personal touches and care that they provide goes above and beyond what you would expect. We rebooked this hotel for our stay in Cambodia after staying here in November 2023 the lovely friendly service that you get .I would always stay here now as it is like a home from home .On our last day our flight was delayed and we were permitted a late check out so that we were comfortable while waiting to start the long trip home .Thank you so much Cambana Residence for another lovely stay .

The noise from renovations but its a necessity
Gorgeous decor and cool art throughout the rooms. The staff were lovely. Rooms serviced daily at our request.
At the time we were staying they were reroofing! They had notices up apologizing for this and said there would be no noise before 8am - unfortunately this was not adhered to and we were woken at 7am Sunday morning to loud drilling and construction noise.
Entering this hotel is like walking into paradise, with still water, Buddha, classic decorations and greenery. I really could not have been happier with Cambana. The people who work here are just a dream, eager and attentive, clear in communication and well-connected locally. They are a pleasure to work with. The location is about 200 meters from the main road so you are shielded from street noise but close enough to be connected, and a western grocery store is at the T. You can walk to downtown in about 20 minutes for top quality restaurants in utter safety. The food is really good too.
This experience is one of the best I ever had so nothing would be considered room for improvement. To do so would be to really dig into the minutiae of fine adjustments to refrigerator temps and water pressure, both of which are totally fine and normal. You really can't go wrong here. A real gem.
Staff were nice and helpful
Honestly they should not be renting out this property until construction on their roof is finished. They tell you it will be noisy from 8 to 5 but in reality work starts around 7am and one morning it was even 630! We couldn’t come back to the hotel to rest after sightseeing because of the noise. Restaurant was just ok and the hotel is not close to any other restaurants. Not a great location.
Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, incredibly kind staff, and good breakfast. The staff helped us plan our 3 days visiting the temples and they organized everything for us at an affordable price. Our driver was wonderful. Highly recommend
While the location is a little far from the city center it's really easy to a ride into town, their drivers are always at the ready. There's plenty to eat and do just walking around. Otherwise all was wonderful!
