Pros:

Pulizia generale molto buona. Piscina comoda e nel nostro caso vicino alla camera. Camera lontana dalla zona colazione e reception e quindi dalla strada. Prezzo giusto.

Cons:

Sala colazione molto piccola in rapporto alla quantità di ospiti. Camere da ammodernare e wifi scarso.

Volvería si dudas!
Pros:

3 noches, destacamos la limpieza , todo está impecable. Servicio de limpieza en la hab. todos los días de nuestra estancia, cambio de toallas y dos botellitas de agua.
El desayuno es simple, pero para nosotros suficiente.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, está a 40minutos caminando de paseo montejo o el centro, pero lo elegimos igual porque tiene un estacionamiento muy cómodo y seguro, salvó para ir al centro una noche, la ubicación para visitar los distintos puntos de interés en los alrededores de Mérida es ideal y se evita transitar por la zona de calles muy angostas en el microcentro.
Le agregaría caja de seguridad a la habitación!

Pros:

La entrada y la piscina, es bastante lindo el complejo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no estaban insonorizadas, se escuchaba todo lo que ocurría al rededor, inclusive el baño de la habitación contigua, la puerta den baño no se cerraba y hacía mucho ruido. El desayuno incluido es solo de cortesía, muy pobre y sin proteínas, con un espacio muy reducido.

La cercanía a muchos puntos céntricos y que tienen estaciones de Va y Ven cercanas.

A veces las camaristas no cambiaban las toallas ni las sábanas si no les dejabas propina.

Pulito e molto gentile il personale! La stanza aveva tutto il necessario. Colazione basica ma sufficiente

A maioria dos funcionários é bem simpática.

Cons:

Tive problema com a descarga do vaso sanitário, que logo foi resolvido. Porém tive que acionar o serviço de manutenção 2 vezes porque da primeira vez que foi consertada, após usar de 2 a 3 vezes a correntinha da caixa se soltou novamente.
Café da manhã “continental” muito a desejar. Não tinha nenhum tipo de proteína apenas se pagasse a parte.
Creio que o hotel seja velho. Tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo quando entrei no quarto.
Ar condicionado barulhento.
Limpeza ok.

Not good value for money

The place was clean

Cons:

The property is not located in the city centre, as shown in booking. If you don’t have a car you will have to spend a lot of money on taxis, as there is not public transport connection according to the staff. Never received a reply or solution from the @bookingcostumer service, although several messages were sent to them. This property is a motel not a hotel, therefore, the prices shall be adjusted. The breakfast was poor, it shall not be called continental breakfast. The staff was indifferent to our needs, even to get a cup of hot water for a tee you need to have a thermo with you, as they can not lend you a cup.
