Übernachten wie ein Visconte
Pros:

Der Palazzo liegt günstig an der Brücke zur Altstadt, die dadurch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ein hoteleigener Parkplatz ist gegenüber. Der Palazzo ist renoviert, die Zimmer ausreichend groß, das Badezimmer und die Dusche top. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut, vor allem für italienische Verhältnisse! Die oberen Stockwerke mit Aufzug erreichbar. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer! Im Zimmer ist eine Empore eingebaut (die Räume sind sehr hoch). Darauf steht das Bett und ist über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar!

Cons:

Die Treppe zum Bett ist möglicherweise für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ein Problem. Keine Ablagemöglichkeit auf der Empore.

l'emplacement proche du centre ville, disponibilité de la chambre de bonne heure.

Cons:

le bruit exterieur (beaucoup de passage de voitures), le restaurant où notre réservation a été faite 2 fois avant d'être prise en compte et le temps d'attente trop long.

Pros:

Tolle Lage und vor allem direkter Parkplatz gegenüber des Hotels. Wunderschönes Familienzimer mit eigenem Zugang per Aufzug. Sehr gutes Restaurant!

Problematic bedroom
Cons:

We are senior citzents. We received a room with the double bed on elevated sleeping platform with many stairs. This was a problem for both of us. The hotel was fully booked and we could not get a suitable room with one level. The staff was kind to arrange a sofa into a single bed enabling one of us to sleep downstairs. We ordered superior bedroom as I thought with a normal double bed in one floor, however aparantly we received confirmation with photos of the elevated bed, that I did not notice. If this situation was clear to us from the beginning we most probably would not have ordered room with this hotel.

Déception
Cons:

Après avoir vidé et éteint le jacuzzi, une demi-heure plus tard, il faisait toujours entendre un bruit très fort, il a fallu déclencher les plombs. L'établissement nous avait promis une réduction de prix par message Whatsapp, elle nous a été inexplicablement refusée au moment du check-out.

Le personnel était vraiment très sympa et serviable, toujours de bons conseils pour les visites et plein de petits tips. Ils sont vraiment aux petits soins. La chambre avait beaucoup de charme et était très authentique

Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais pourrait être un peu amélioré car le choix reste assez limité

Lovely hotel in a beautiful old town.
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good free parking nearby. The room was comfortable & breakfast was good. Location is perfect to visit the old town.
