Good value for money, excellent location and accommodating staff and owner/s. Will definitely book again!
Pros:

Excellent location, near to everything. Room was clean, fridge was working. Complete set of utensils, wash sink area was clean. Bathroom was clean too.
The caretakers were accommodating and polite. The owner was quick to respond to requests and messages.

Cons:

Not much, just that I was expecting a washing machine as described in the booking, but all was well.

Vine aquí porque tuve un accidente y el dueño muy mala tuvo muy mala actitud, le pedí ayuda una vez por día durante dos días y me dijo que mejor me buscara un lugar en donde me pudieran atender 24 horas o quedé contratara a alguien , siendo que yo había tenido un accidente me sentía muy mal, además, contraté la habitación y vi que tenía secador de pelo se lo hice saber al dueño y su respuesta fue que yo misma lo comprara y él me reembolsaba. Qué clase de respuesta es esa, además de otras situaciones que en verdad no recomiendo para nada este lugar.

Don't stay there
Pros:

The room is ok.

Cons:

There is a bad smell in the corridor leading to the room. The owner is a greedy man. He asked me for some extra charges when i refused to pay he told me that he will cancel my booking.com reservation and asked me to check out. I did but he didn't cancel the reservation and i never got a refund. Beware future tenants. You are dealing with a thief

A reasonable place with an owner from hell
Pros:

The room was on. Some unpleasant smell in the corridor leading to the room but overall the room was ok

Cons:

The owner of the place is a very greedy man. I received the room after 12 noon without any comments but the next day the owner demanded an additional 300p for early check in because the check in time is 2pm. Naturally no one told me that, not him nor his workers. When i didn't want to pay he asked me to leave the place in spite of the fact that I had a paid reservation for the next day already. He said that he will cancel my reservation with booking.com and i will get a refund but I haven't received it. In short, you would much better avoid this place

Pros:

Por fin los gestores solucionaron el desastre que era este alojamiento por culpa de los anteriores cuidadores. Ahora ya hay unos caretaker responsables, los desperfectos se reparan y lo más importante: en el check-in te encuentras una habitación LIMPIA. A ver si sigue así la gestión y repetiré cada vez que vaya por allí.

Cons:

Bueno..hay cosas que no me gustan pero son relativas a gustos o costumbres personales, así que no son relevantes aquí...

Not Good.
Pros:

I like the automatic washing machine that was in the room BUT ITS VERY SMOL

Cons:

the garbage juice that spilled all over my bag when i booked was very musty
and the staff doesn't want to change our bed sheet due to they have a policy that they can only change the our bed sheet if we stay more than a week
