Big roaches, bathroom and mosquitoes

the garbage juice that spilled all over my bag when i booked was very musty
and the staff doesn't want to change our bed sheet due to they have a policy that they can only change the our bed sheet if we stay more than a week

Very different from the photos shown.
The rooms are old, the kitchen sink's pipe is leaking, the induction cooker is broken same with cooking pan, the caretakers are noisy even in the middle of the night, the room has no double lock, no proper floor rug, no shampoo nor soap provided and seems lack of communication between the owner and caretakers.
Unprofessional staff . 😭
We were very disappointed.

Honestly none, only the time whenever the caretaker and his gf/wife argues. The girl was too noisy. Inconsiderate of who were living below their unit. Plus people come and go visiting them even late at night. Sometimes I feel unsecured as we're using the front unit which was located next to the gate.

Clean, nice quite place,near from mall,super market commuters, i stayed 8nights i enjoyed and relax,clean water,clean room have kitchen washing machine air conditoned highly recomended and the owner very nice also the staff

Like a cave with no natural light. Washing machine flooded over floor, shower leaked down hose, TV is mounted on wall but has no aerial or satellite/cable so doesn't actually work now, not as per photo. Many items not fixed and yet highlighted by other guests. Cockroaches outside the door. Other guests' stuff left in fridge.

I was probably given the worst room even though I booked at 9am and arrived about 1:40 pm , 20 minutes earlier than the expected 2pm checkin.
It's next to a huge water tank at the entrance.
My head was hit multiple times by the big square cornered structure protruding out in the air just next the the metal gate. It would hit anyone of average height. The property should be banned from operation before it can correct or modify the structure which poses imminent danger of harm to anyone entering it. the huge water tank outside my room is extremely noisy at all times disturbing my sleep, the roosters in the neighbors crowed loudly from 5am.

The washer inside my unit was leaking water heavily from a defective tap on the wall, making it unusable since the washer is about a meter from the bed, my baggage on the floor would be all ruined if I left the water run unattended. The room is spacious but they should equip it with a regular reading desk for a laptop. There are only two small bedside stands. Wifi is slow at 72Mbps. Shower water is also running slowly at low pressure probably due to the cheap compact type water heater. The room is not well maintained or prepared for new guests, like there're no trash bags in place for the trash bins in the kitchen or next to the toilet. Bedstands or cabinets appear to be stained, old. One cabinet door is missing a handle. The room needs deep cleaning and some repair.
It needs a microwave.
