De vriendelijkheid van de receptionistes, we hebben fijn gebruik gemaakt van de sauna.
Het bed was keihard. Er werd beloofd een topper erop te leggen om het wat zachter te maken, maar dat was een matrasbeschermer, dat werkte niet. Matras was op zich prima, maar er ligt een verkeerde lattenbodem onder.
Perfect location for downtown Szeged, walking distance from Szegedi Szabadtér. Excellent food

We booked this hotel at the very last minute and were pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived. We were greeted by a really friendly member of staff who made us feel very welcome. As the room we had booked was no longer available because of our late booking, we were upgraded at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture.
The room was spacious and easily accommodated two adults and two children. It was modern, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable, so we all had a great night's sleep.
Breakfast wasn't included, but there's a café downstairs where we had one of the best breakfasts of our trip. The food was delicious, and the staff there were just as friendly and welcoming.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.
A szállás gyalogtávra volt a városban lényegesebb helyektől. Van reggeli opció a kávézóban. Nagyon kedves a személyzet. A lakosztály nagyon különleges volt, az ágy és a kád is tágas és nagyon kényelmes volt!
Nagyon jó lokalizáció. A mélygarázsban a parkolás hatalmas segítség volt, ráadásul ez benne volt az árban.
Külön köszönet, hogy két egymás melletti, akár egybe is nyitható szobát kaptunk!

Excellent location in the heart of Szeged and a beautiful historic building. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and is within walking distance of the city's main attractions.
Unfortunately, the stay didn't match the price. We had issues with faulty door locks (both the room and bathroom), poor soundproofing, an awkward check-in due to unclear instructions about the shared entrance, and the room overlooked an internal corridor instead of outside. The wellness area requires advance notice to use the sauna, which was disappointing, and there was no breakfast despite the hotel having its own café. For a hotel in this price range, we expected much better attention to detail and guest comfort. We booked this as a birthday treat, so the overall experience was particularly disappointing given the high expectations created by the price.
