Cheap price and the staff is good. If you need a place to stay for a day for emergency purpose this place is good for your stay
The room is clean and the air conditioning is perfect.The shower is hot indeed.
The wifi was destroyed 😭 during my stay. I badly needed it for work but I had to go to the nearest cafe for wifi.

No breakfast was provided/expected, althouth similar condos such as VM provide cooking facilities. The location is great however, I do not feel the property owners/management do not take full advantage of the strategic location of this condo.
It is the simple things that are not being done well. Customer service is very poor - i.e. helping guests move their luggages when required, staff are far too serious - not sense of humour or smiles which should be expected of a customer facing service/front office staff. The property is vedry old bu there are lots of stuff that will not require a lot of money - in fact they may require no more than a handy man who knows what he/she is doing to fix certain elments of the rooms - bathrooms with broken shower head leaking water, many other minor parts of the rooms and kitchen looks rather dated like something from a by-gone age, The worst thing was the ear splitting noise from the road downstairs. When you wake up, most times you feel like you're sleeping out on the street. The noise from cars and activities downstairs are deafening. This could be fixed with double glazing. How anyone can continue to rent these rooms at the current rate with the alarming noise level is beyond me.
Had to flee and book another hotel room at 3am. The windows did not have any soundproofing from the street whatsoever. Unfortunately it is on a busy street with bars around (so a lot of shouting and music) and loud motorcycles continuously making noise even during late hours. The room was discreetly clean (some long hairs around when I arrived) but the location is near major attractions. I did not sleep that night :(
