Pros:

Très bien situé, chambres confortables, personnel avenant, petits déjeuners corrects, chambres impeccable et très bien aménagée.

Lovely, friendly, luxurious stay in a great location
Pros:

Room was spacious and quiet, very nice bathroom, comfy bed. Breakfast was very good with an omelette bar (a bit unusual in Europe) and coffee to order.

Cons:

Nothing really. Our room didn't have a fridge but we set the bottle of white wine on the ledge behind the metal grate to cool it. Problem solved.

Pros:

We were greeted with a lovely welcome message from the staff and some sweets to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient in responding to emails and helping us organise our stay. We loved our new years eve dinner and were very grateful for their help in booking us a table.

Cons:

Our room was short on space, but we only booked a standard room, so if we were to plan another trip I would choose a slightly larger room.

Excellent séjour pour un weekend découverte de Reims, vraiment je recommande

Petit déjeuner excellent, profusion de choix
L'ensemble du personnel est à l'écoute et très réactif pour notre bien être
J'ai passé un excellent séjour .la situation de l'hôtel est parfaite

Cons:

Il faudrait peut être des places réservées au sein du parking situé juste en face de l'hôtel. Cet emplacement est très bien situé mais très fréquenté pour une arrivée le weekend.Sinon le tarif préférentiel de l'hôtel est appréciable

Cons:

Pour le prix (20€), le petit-déjeuner est en dessous des standards européens. Capuccino de piètre qualité, choix de victualles limité et surtout des mini-viennoiseries indignes de la France, le pays du croissant. J'ai un doute sur le pain que je pense précuit. Dommage quand on connait la réputation des belles boulangeries Rémoises comme celle des Halles juste à coté de la Place d'Erlon...
