L’emplacement est vraiment idéal pour découvrir la ville. La chambre est très confortable et silencieuse.
Le petit dej est top
La mise à disposition de bouteilles d’eau et d’une fontaine est vraiment un gros plus.

Die Lage ist top, zentral in der City. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Bietet Hilfe an.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze in der Nähe sind sehr teuer, da sie in der Innenstadt liegen. Die Parkhäuser in der Stadt sind nur für Autos bis 1,90 m geeignet.

Ideal gelegenes Stadthotel für einen Besuch in Reims.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in der Stadt zu machen. Die Dusche im Zimmer war ganz toll. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Temperatur im Zimmer ist für mitteleuropäische Verhältnisse etwas kühler. Durch die Feuchtigkeit der Luft empfindet man die Temperatur etwas unangenehm. Die jungen Damen am Frühstück leicht überfordert.

A great hotel!
Pros:

This is a great hotel. We were travelling through France on the way to the Alps and we always have a stop over, we have stayed in lots of different towns and cities in France and decided we would try Reims this time.

Unfdue to traffic chaos at Folkestone we were delayed as we usually like to get to the place we are ataying with time to explore and get out and about.
By the time we got here it was early evening.

The underground parking is literally accessed on the street the hotel is located on and you pop out at street level on the avenue with loads of restaurants and the hotel right there.

I don't get the reviews complainting about the parking, we have a very large Suv and we managed no problem! It was easy peasy and perfectly located for this hotel!

Check in was efficient and friendly and the hotel reception has a good feel about it.

We booked the intimate room amd we were allocated one on the 2nd floor and it was cosy but perfect for one night, the bed was comfy, the room clean, the bathroom clean and modern. The soundproofing was good, we didnt hear much at all from outside all night.

We decided to go to the bar for a drink and unwind after our long delayed journey before heading out to find somewhere to eat. The drinks menu was very good, I had a great cocktail. It was a comfortable place to sit and chat. We had a look at their menu and it was very good so realised that we didn't need to go out as this hotel provided everything we needed and were looking for after a long day.

They gave us a great table in the window to watch the world go by, the wine was good and the food was really good. Quality food made really well.

The people who worked in the bar and restaurant were friendly, kind and provided great service.

This is a great hotel, well located and offers everything a hotel should really well.

Excellente localisation à deux pas de la gare et de l'hyper centre.
Literie confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse avec WC automatique. Personnel aimable et accueillant.
La décoration de l'hôtel en périodes de fêtes était magnifique. La vue était imprenable.

Cons:

Ne buvant pas de café, j'aurais apprécié des sachets de thé à disposition. Il faisait froid dans la grand salle de bain.
