Begin van een heel armoedig plein. Ze maakte de kamer in de ochtend niet schoon.

Zeer goede bediening ; even zo goede bedden ; prima ontbijt. Meer hoeft er niet gezegd te worden.

Cons:

Last van de airco 's nachts (kamer aan de binnenplaats waar buiten de ventilatoren stonden). Bij open raam behoorlijk veel lawaai. Ook wat kleinere technische mankementjes in de kamer. Zou niet mogen voor zo'n hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location in the centre near lots of restaurants, comfortable and modern rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast is EUR 23 per person which is pretty extreme for a non-luxury hotel in a city like Reims

Niet alle personeelsleden houden van hun vak. Een paar heel erg en die waren uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar er waren er ook een paar die beter een ander vak kunnen kiezen.
