Pros:

nous avons pu manger quelque chose en arrivant alors que la cuisine venait de fermer. Un grand merci pour cette souplesse
Bon chois de champagnes à prix très abordables

Cons:

Il manque un acces simple par escalier pour aller au 1er etage au lieu de prendre ascenseur
Il manque quelques patères pour suspendre serviettes dans salle de bain

Un pelín caro. Habitaciones completamente renovadas pero con algún fallo al estar tan nuevas (por ejemplo, no funcionaban los calientatoallas)

La taille de la chambre et la situation juste à proximité des aérations des cuisines. Pas possible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Le tarif élevé par rapport à la prestation. Pas de télé car nous étions trop de personnes sur le réseau.

L’hygiène de la salle de bain et les toilettes inacceptable, des énormes taches de rouille avec des tabourets abîmés sur le carrelage, des poils dans la douche, à notre arrivée, des traces sur les sanitaires

Pros:

Très bien situé, chambres confortables, personnel avenant, petits déjeuners corrects, chambres impeccable et très bien aménagée.

Lovely, friendly, luxurious stay in a great location
Pros:

Room was spacious and quiet, very nice bathroom, comfy bed. Breakfast was very good with an omelette bar (a bit unusual in Europe) and coffee to order.

Cons:

Nothing really. Our room didn't have a fridge but we set the bottle of white wine on the ledge behind the metal grate to cool it. Problem solved.

Pros:

We were greeted with a lovely welcome message from the staff and some sweets to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient in responding to emails and helping us organise our stay. We loved our new years eve dinner and were very grateful for their help in booking us a table.

Cons:

Our room was short on space, but we only booked a standard room, so if we were to plan another trip I would choose a slightly larger room.
