Pros:

Friendly staff. I was very lucky. Had the entire place for myself which made the experience as if I were in a hotel room. There is a fridge, a lounge area with tables and sand bags to chill.. Also, a cold/hot water dispenser. Location opposite a big mall. Food stalls downstairs and a 5min walk across the road, too. Access to Guung Angsi.

Cons:

A/C was quite cold but nothing a sweater or blanket couldn't fix ;)

Pros:

The entire area was air-conditioned. Well maintained shared bathroom and facilities. They also provided boardgames for us to play.

Cons:

I found strands of human hair on my capsule's pillow and bed. Also the locker weren't usable.

Pros:

Very simple setup and suitable for a solo traveller. Simple check in procedures. Good facilities i.e shower room, aircond, water dispenser.

Cons:

For those who travelling by motocycles, parking will be at public parking and its at your own risk.

Superb
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, they gave us an extra key as we requested. Really fun place to stay. We were afraid the lights in the hallway would be off since we came back to the hotel at 1am but to our surprised it was on and once we entered our room, the light outside didn't even disturb us. Would definitely come back to the hotel.

Cons:

The stain on the bedsheet. But the staff changed it for us as we requested
