Dharma Boutique Hotel & SPA

We booked because it was said to have great AC and this was a heatwave. It took a day but room was very cool. The design of the rooms is great. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very well designed. A great room to relax in after exploring Rome. The staff was also superb. I would stay here again. Nice little hotel with a big heart.

Everyone was very nice, very cute place, very clean, free breakfast and free wine and champagne for happy hour! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Rome! Great and convenient location also

This hotel was beyond amazing. First, we got to Rome and checked into our original hotel. It was horrible, we immediately checked out and found Dharama, and thank goodness we did. This hotel and their staff saved our vacation. The gentlemen at the front desk were probably the nicest people we've ever met. The hotel was clean, perfectly located, and nice and cold! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Great stay at Dharma Hotel! The location was perfect for exploring Rome, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. We loved the complimentary rooftop happy hour—it was such a nice touch after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of great options. We would definitely stay here again!

An Absolute Gem in Rome – Flawless Stay!
We had an incredible stay at the Dharma Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Every single person we interacted with in the hotel was absolutely awesome—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. Especially Gianluca and Raffaele at the front desk.
Our room was fantastic, clean, and a perfect place to relax after long days of exploring the city. The amenities really set this place apart. Breakfast each morning was great with a wonderful selection, and a special shoutout to the tapas and wine on the roof! Having a little spot to unwind upstairs with a bite to eat was the perfect bonus to our trip.
If you are looking for top-tier service, great rooms, and wonderful hospitality in Rome, book this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Excellent personal service, a really nice warm atmosphere, in a great location. This small hotel is very well-maintained and clean, and you can step outside and not be overwhelmed by hordes of tourists--although it's a pleasant 30 minute walk to tourist central in Piazza Navona or the Spanish Steps. And the staff is wonderful!

Excellent hotel that embodies the spirit and joy of Rome. Every single person on staff is a caring, professional of hospitality. For example, the staff will know your name and remember your preferences throughout your stay. The staff anticipate your needs and handle any of your requests well.
The hotel is stylish and comfortable. I especially thought the bed was wonderful and constant supply of bottled water a real plus!
Breakfast was great and Happy Hour on the lovely rooftop, which are included, certainly add to the value of this hotel.
Location is perfect with many historical sites, cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are very happy to share recommendations and will even give you a map with directions.
This was my second visit to this hotel and it continues to be my favorite in Rome!

I recently stayed here for a solo trip after disembarking off a cruise. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. The staff were tremendous, prime location, great atmosphere, felt safe, lovely breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. If I ever visit Rome again, I know exactly where I’m staying. Highly recommend for families, couples or solo travellers!

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Rafa (and others) were outstanding in assisting us all the way from check-in to check-out with tips of what to do and where to eat in Roma and other cities that he was familiar with. Bkfast buffet was top-notch. Overall, great value for money!

An incredible stay at Dharma. I arranged a birthday surprise for my girlfriend and they delivered beyond expectations (flowers, prosecco, and a cake.) The front desk service was first-class and incredibly responsive, especially Gianluca, who was very helpful with tips around Rome. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Colosseum in the charming Monti neighborhood, full of cozy restaurants and bars. One of the best experiences I’ve had recently. Highly recommend!

First off let me say this - the 5 star reviews are not BS. They are desreved.

This is simply a superb boutique hotel located in just the right area of Rome to see the sites. The Colisseum, for example, is perhaps a 10 minute walk away.

Our experience was that, from the moment you book, until your arrival and then ultimately your departure, the staff want nothing more than to make you happy that you chose this hotel to stay at. We stayed 4 nights before going on a cruise.

They will happily book a driver for you, recommend restaurants and sites, happily greet you in the morining and whenever they see you. We booked a driver through the hotel to pick us up at the airport and also to take us to the cruise port. Seemless and efficient. The restaurant recommends were spot on.

There is complimentary wine and snacks on the rooftop patio every evening at 6:00 pm that is a must and the breakfast in the morning includes on-site baked goods that are abolutely delicious.

The room we had was nice, comfortable and clean. No complaints about the bedding or bathroom amenities.

The only minior complaint we had was that it was a bit noisy outside at times in the evening. We had a lower floor room so this probably exaggerated the issue somewhat. This is not the hotel's fault, it is a function of being in the heart of Rome, where we wanted to be.
