Pros:

Its an amazing property with stunning views. The rooms were so clean and well arranged.

Cons:

We liked everything except the front staff. They were soooo judgemental and rude. If this hotel has anything bad then its them!!!! Front staff should not be this rude. The main guy always looked irritated and frustrated and Judged people!!! We loved the hotel for its infratstructure and the amenities. But would rethink once more before choosing again cos of the behaviour of front staff

Wollen Luxushotel sein, sind aber weit weg vom Service
Pros:

Optisch ist die Unterkunft natürlich wunderschön.
Das Spa mit den beiden Mädels ist super. Wir hatten eine großartige Massage und Hammam.

Als wir angekommen sind, mussten wir feststellen das wir weit weg von den Bildern der Zimmerkategorie sind. Sauber, klein und Gemüt.
Darauf hin habe ich es nochmal an der Rezeption angesprochen: eine extra Sitzmöglichkeit, Kamin und ein Badezimmer in einem geschlossenen Raum war uns wichtig.
Uns wurden mehrere Räume gezeigt (teilweise noch bezogene Zimmer von anderen Gästen).

Cons:

Die Enttäuschung das die Zimmer nicht den Bildern nach kamen war da. Ich war wirklich dankbar für die Möglichkeit andere Zimmer zu sehen und gleichzeitig schockiert über den Zustand von den Höhlenzimmern: es roch schimmelig. Am Ende fanden wir ein Zimmer mit dem wir einverstanden waren, das Gefühl das man unbequem für das Personal war lässt mich bis heute nicht los. Wir sind gekommen um Urlaub zu machen, ich hätte mir mehr Verständnis gewünscht. Es kann auch nicht sein das ein großes Zimmer mit sitzmöglichkeit und Kamin die selbe Kategorie ist wie ohne. Da es bei uns recht kalt war die Woche wäre das so schön gewesen. Als es am Ende wärmer geworden ist, habe ich nachgefragt ob es möglich wäre die feuerschale vorm Restaurant anzu machen. Leider nein.

Zu der Türkei gehören nun mal auch Tiere - Katzen. Und ich liebe sie, keine Frage - aber nicht den Katzenkot vor meiner Tür. Warum dauert es so lange den Weg zu machen?

Apropos Tiere: ich wurde von einer Katze gebissen. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde ich an eine Privatklinik verwiesen. Mal abgesehen das der Mitarbeiter kein gutes englisch sprach und wir uns mit goggle Übersetzer unterhalten mussten wurde uns Auf mehrfacher Nachfrage, ob es nicht auch eine andere gibt - vielleicht auch auf dem Weg Richtung Flughafen wurde an dieser festgehalten. Plottwist: es gab noch eine andere, auch nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Leider bin ich zur Empfehlung vom Hotel. Das sollte ich mit einer dicken Rechnung bezahlen dürfen! Ich weiß nicht ob die hier kooperieren. Ich verstehe aber nicht diese einseitige Beratung. Selbes gilt für Restaurants. Hauptsache teuer. Und das Hotel macht von Service einen luxuriösen Eindruck. Verstehe nicht was das soll: die wollen etwas sein, was sie nicht leisten können.

Zu zweit haben uns eindeutig Kleiderbügel und Haken gefehlt. Auf Nachfrage für einen Stuhl zum Beispiel, hieß es das geht nicht. Wir haben zwei Kleiderbügel mehr bekommen: was Quatsch war.

Stunning hotel in quiet town, perfect relaxing stay
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely room with comfortable beds, great facilities including spa, gym and pool. The staff were all very friendly and hospitable. I was woken up by banging at 3am one night and as a result the hotel offered me to go on a free horse riding tour! Very kind. Breakfast was delicious too. I enjoyed staying in the quieter Ortahisar, but I did have to hire a car for €100 for 2 days in order to get around. I’m glad that I did though!

Pros:

La ubicación es correcta pero según las fotos esperaba ver más valle, sin embargo se ven otras edificaciones.
El trato del personal fue correcto, los servicios que contratamos fueron puntuales.
La habitación era amplia.

Cons:

El SPA estaba lleno de niños, el jacuzzi no funcionaba, el agua estaba fría.
El desayuno no fue lo que esperaba, faltaba fruta, mucha espera para poder pedir tortilla o huevos revueltos.
Mucho calor en las habitaciones, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta.

La suite che avevamo aveva parecchi disservizi,come ad esempio l idromassaggio in camera , dopo ripetute chiamate e richieste non è stata ripristinata ! Senza scusarsi , senza porre alcun rimedio , nulla!! Era così , e doveva comunque andarci bene! Acqua fredda per giunta

Gorgeous getaway with relaxing slow vibe at hotel and town.
Pros:

Great facilities, the rooms were quite nice and well appointed and very comfortable. The vibe/aesthetic is on point and the included breakfast was delicious. Loved the terraced views. Slower pace in Ortahisar is more relaxing than Goreme but still convenient access to area amenities.

Cons:

The photo of the pool is a bit misleading, looks much larger/spacious than it actually is - only really offers space for 2 parties (4-5 people).

The bed springs were extremely squeaky. Any movement whatsoever would make significant noise. If we didn’t bring a toddler with us, would’ve have been that big of an issue, but when it’s waking up a jet lagged 1-year old it’s a problem.

Pros:

El personal de Exedra es muy atento y competente. Sin su ayuda no habríamos podido realizar el paseo en globo, nos tuvieron informados en todo momento para poder hacerlo. El sitio y la calidad espectacular.
