La chambre et la salle étaient sales (araignées et cafards). La poussière partout, le sol n’était pas propre, des moisissures dans la douche, les draps et les serviettes n’étaient pas nettoyés et il y avait des emballages de cigarettes électroniques en dessous du lit…

The hall and room could do with a dust and mop. The milk cartons were sour. No sugar available Luckily I always carry spare dried milk and sugar. The toilet had no soap

Unclean - showers - bedroom. Hallway stairs

One toilet no soap or tp. TV remote not working % batteries? Complicated to find room. I didn’t understand keypad, couldn’t manipulate lockbox but lovely woman in bar next door helped or I’d never have got in.

Felt like we should have paid for admission to night club because it was so loud

Check-in system. I never received any code to get in, then there was no card in the code lock, then the card didn’t want to open the door. Then we got given wrong room which as extremely dirty, towels, bedding not on the bed etc. Eventually they noticed we got the wrong room and gave us the correct one which was all very nice. Although the communal bathroom and kitchen was horrifying as other guest never flushed any of the two toilets and the one toilet seat was not even on, sink dirty, urine on the floor etc.

Had a truly pleasant stay at this property. The environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were welcoming, responsive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. My room was spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay.
I also appreciated how peaceful the surroundings were, which made it easy to rest. Check-in and check-out were smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily return again.

Shared bathroom could have been cleaner

Took a a whole hour for us to be met in as reception did not have a clue what they was doing , then entered to find everything dirty , dirty floors, window sill, rug, dirty furniture and surfaces, dirty bathroom and beds not been changed had to get someone to come up and clean and even after the floors and most surfaces where still not clean!
