Pros:

Дуже привітний персонал, є можливість залишити багаж вранці перед заселенням. У номері чисто і мінімалістично.

Cons:

Із мінусів - вимкнули світло саме на наш приїзд, але це не вина готелю. Вони великі молодці!

Загалом враження позитивні, але жінка, яка нас заселяла справила негативне враження. Але якщо казати про умови та роботу
Pros:

Дуже привітні 2 адміністратори, чисто в номері, зручно в плані спілкування (месенджер) та те, що номер відкривається карткою, власне від неї все і працює. Привітні також інші працівники готелю. Світло було весь час, все працювало добре.

Cons:

Маленький номер. Також не дуже зручно добиратись в готель та з нього, бо їдуть машини та немає стежки для пішоходів.
Але найбільше вразила та запамʼяталась не ввічлива, груба та дуже не привітна адміністратор (світловолоса, років 40 приблизно). Непрофесійна поведінка, дозволяє собі недолугі коментарі та ніякої ввічливості з її уст не почули ми. Таке враження, ніби ми випрошували щось у цієї жінки, а не приїхати жити в прекрасному місті в готелі та відпочивати ЗА ГРОШІ!
Поведінка не припустима. Також коли нас заселяли у номер, то ця ж жінка зайшла у номер в своїх черевиках, щоб увімкнути опалення. Дуже дякуємо за турботу, але це так не робиться. Як можна було зайти в чистий номер у черевиках, ще й перед орендарем, це ще те питання.
На моє зауваження, нас переселили в інший номер. Але враження вона склала жахливе, таких людей би в цьому гарному місці бачити не хотілось. Плюс з самого початку говорила російською, але ми попросили перейти на українську.
