Pros:

Соотношение цена-качество, уборка в номере, микроволновая и кофемашина на этаже в постоянной доступности, горячая вода постоянно, стабильный вай фай. Холодильник в номере
И очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. На мою просьбу переселить (в соседнем номере была беспокойная собачка) отреагировали мгновенно. Так же помогли оформить поздний выезд. В номере всегда было убрано, свежая вода и туалетные принадлежности, но при этом персонала «не видно», меня ни разу не потревожили, никакого дискомфорта

Cons:

Слабая звукоизоляция и фен (классический отельный фен с коротким шнуром). Но эти нюансы не испортили общего впечатления от проживания

Поспати не вийшло
Cons:

Вночі спати дискомфортно через те, що за стінами чутно просто все. Якщо сусіди розмовляють (або не тільки), то чутно всі розмови і заснути важко.

Гарне співвідношення ціна-якість. Але якщо на авто, то краще одразу дізнаватись щодо наявності паркомісця для бронювання
Pros:

Все чудово, локація, гарно облаштований номер з балконом, смарт ТВ, приладдя для кави та чаю на кожному поверсі, смачні сніданки у кафе поруч.

Cons:

Не було паркомісця в паркінгу. Поруч нема де паркувати авто оскільки дуже щільна забудова. Прийшлось йти 15 хвилин під дощем((
