В номере чисто, очень удобный матрас — спать было действительно комфортно. Самое главное — тишина, что особенно ценно. В

Понравилась удачная локация — всё рядом, удобно добираться и приятно гулять по окрестностям.

Cons:

Не совсем понравилась работа ресепшен. Номер на Booking я бронировала один, но изначально мне показали другой. Однако считаю, что это не стало серьёзной проблемой — вопрос быстро решили и предоставили номер, который я заказывала.

В качестве рекомендации сервису — хотелось бы немного больше дружелюбия и внимательности к гостям.

Pros:

Очень приятный персонал на рецепции, всегда быстро отвечали на звонки или сообщения. В отеле безумно чисто, горячая вода и интернет работают стабильно без перебоев 👍🏻 Есть парковка по очень приятной цене. Можно заказать завтрак или самому спуститься на 1-й этаж - очень удобно. Уточняли, можно ли зайти для уборки, чтобы не мешать. Всё супер, обязательно приеду ещё.

В целом было не плохо. Приветливый персонал, расположение отеля отличное.

Cons:

В номере было не очень тепло. Одеяло тонкое, а подушки маленькие и слишком плоские, поэтому было прохладновато, и я даже замерзла, так как мой визит в отель припал на январь.
