Very Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Service

We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, but when we arrived at the hotel at around 8:00 PM on October 17, we were told that all rooms were occupied. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel failed to provide us with accommodation.

There were three of us, including a pregnant woman, and we were forced to find another hotel at the last minute in the evening. This situation caused us a great deal of stress and inconvenience, especially since we had booked our accommodation in advance and expected our reservation to be honored.

It is completely unacceptable for a hotel to accept and confirm a reservation but then tell guests upon arrival that no rooms are available. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism, responsibility, and respect for guests.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rely on a confirmed reservation and enjoy a stress-free stay.

Bad customer service
Pros:

Hidden between the wine ranks is chateau Davitiani. A little hard to find as its at the end of a dirt road but it adds to the charm of it all.

Cons:

Apart from liking the chateau, we do want to give the following warning:
The manager seemed set on getting as much money as possible from his guests and it was made clear on several occasions.
We booked a last minute deal at a good price on booking but when the time came to pay he said our price was "cheap" and that we had to pay extra, showing us a picture of a computer screen from with a different price on booking (we paid as we didn't want trouble).
After checking out we asked if we could stay by the pool for an hour before leaving; "no problem, just leave your towels at the pool". After 5 minutes he came to us saying "he didn't make the rules" and we had to pay if we wanted to stay. We just left after having several situations where the manager just seemed to think we didn't pay enough.
TLDR (long story short): beware of the nice deals on booking, they bite you in the ass if you want a nice relaxing stay.

Komfortable Zimmer mit Terrasse mitten im den Reben. Gutes Restaurant und Frühstück.

Cons:

Zufahrt durch das Rebland etwas rau und schlecht beschildert. Beim Empfang leider nur Russisch/GE sprechende Person anwesend. Abhilfe via Tel.

Tolles Ambiente, Wein und Essen
Pros:

Es hat eine ganz tolle Lage in mitten der Weinfelder. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal ist super nett und die Köchin ist spitze. Der Wein sehr lecker. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals an alle!

Очень красивое место. Тихо спокойно, красивые виды на виноградники. Завтраки очень вкусные. Персонал вежливый. В общем всем довольны.

Cons:

В номерах на 2 этаже на балконе хорошо было бы иметь небольшой столик и стул, но не критично есть веранда, больше пожелание чем недостаток. Дорога к отелю немного ухабистая, а также плохо работает вай фай.

Cons:

Staff are really poor. Rude and disinterested. Zero hospitality skills.
Games facilities were at extra charge and expensive (50GEL to play pool, 30GEL to play table tennis)
Family room was large but extra bed was only a sofa bed which, if opened, blocked the front door.
Towels were old and tatty
Family room but only 2 chairs on the balcony.
Breakfast was slightly limited eg instant coffee only, hot choices included spaghetti every day despite nobody ever having it.
