Beautiful, clean and very comfortable accommodation in a stunning setting!
Pros:

We stayed in the two bed deluxe and the accommodation was stunning. Beds were incredibly comfortable and location was quiet. Spa was also lovely

Pros:

Privacy was great. Quiet location close to everything.

Cons:

Beds were too hard, time for some new ones. Sink stopper had no stopper. Little fridge froze everything. Lounge chairs were too big in order to sit 4 at dining table. Not enough crockery.

Pros:

The staffs are really nice, as well as the facilities and the whole village is stunning, absolutely one of the best place to stay.

Cons:

The reception never answers the call nor messages (even the booking platform can’t find a way to reach the front desk). If anything urgent, do not expect to get in contact in a short time…

I really liked how clean and comfortable the beds were, and the room was neatly prepared. They also offered unlimited tea, which was a nice touch. Having two beds in one room made the stay extra relaxing and comfortable for us.

Cons:

Nothing at all. This hotel is truly ideal for staying the night before an early flight — everything was convenient, comfortable, and made the whole travel experience much easier. I honestly couldn’t find anything to complain about. If I travel here again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel without hesitation.

Pros:

Comfy bed.

Cons:

Cracked tile on floor of bathroom resulted in partner curting their foot.
Hot tub was essentially a warm bath as the jets did not function. The tub itself was poorlt maintained / not clean.
Restaurant on site was extremely poor - booked a table for 8pm for 2 people (celebrating partner 30th b'day) table was not reserved.
Was given a seat at a wobbly table having waited for one despite having reserved one. When ordering drinks, cocktail arrived in dirty glass with rice stuck to the glass.
At this point we had enough of the poor service and left to find alternative place to dine.
When reporting these issues to reception in the morning was told they would be passed onto manager yet still not heard any further.

Lovely retreat. Could do with more staff.
Pros:

The rooms are lovely looking out to the rainforest. Close walk to town.

Cons:

We had to wait well over an hour for our room to be ready. The staff then didn’t arrive to service our room til 3.30 when we were already back in the room for the day.
