Awesome
Pros:

Location, feeling safe

Cons:

None everything was great host was gracious and accommodating. 10/10 in my book. It was like home away from home. Will book again.

Overall, a decent stay with the caretaker providing snacks on an honesty sale minus the cold bath.
Pros:

The place was conveniently located near a big mall for dining and shopping purposes.

Cons:

Didn't like getting a cold bath, 'coz we couldn't get the heater working at that time and that smell hoping it can be gotten rid of or as a caution.

DISAPPONTING
Cons:

Apparently you still need to secure an authorization letter which the owner never provided. And then when we are already at the location the guards would not let us in because it did not specify which tower this property is. AND THE OWNER NEVER ANSWERED OUR CALLS/MESSAGES SO WE ENDED UP NOT BEING ABLE TO STAY.
